How To make Marble Fudge
3/4 c Peanut butter, divided
1/4 c Butter, softened
1/4 c Corn syrup
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Icing sugar
1/4 c Chocolate chips, melted
In small mixer bowl, beat together 1/2 c peanut butter, butter, corn syrup and vanilla. Stir in icing sugar until well blended. Melt chocolate chips in measuring cup in the microwave or in a small pot on the stove and stir in 1/4 c peanut butter. Gently stir this mixture slightly back into the peanut butter for a marble effect. Pour into a small pie plate or pan and refrigerate until set. Keep in refrigerator. Cut into squares. Chocolate Caramel Marble Fudge is totally easy to make, smooth, creamy and simply irresistible! A little caramel in every chocolatey bite!
Peppermint White Chocolate Marbled Fudge Recipe
This sweet peppermint fudge recipe is the perfect gift to give this holiday season.
Ingredients:
--1/4 cup softened butter
-- 4 cup mini marshmallows
-- 1 cup heavy cream
-- 2 cup sugar
-- 1/8 tsp salt
-- 3 cup white chocolate chips
-- 1 tsp peppermint extract (or vanilla extract)
-- Colored sprinkles
-- red food coloring
Directions
-- Line a 9-by-13-inch pan with foil.
-- In a saucepan, simmer butter, marshmallows, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. When smooth, stir in white chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Blend well.
-- Spread in pan. Coat with colored sprinkles. Cool; cut into squares (if you like, cut squares in half to make triangles). As a variation, substitute vanilla for peppermint extract.
-- use a dropper to add red food coloring and use a pointed tool to create swirls.
