How to make Pork Chilli Restaurant Style | Spicy Pork Chilli Recipe | Stir Fry Chilli Pork Recipe
Pork Chilli is one of the most favourite dish in our house. It is spicy, tangy and packed with flavor. It can go as a side dish with fried rice, or noodles, or as an appetiser. It can be cooked in several different ways. In India, besides the Tibetan and Nepali versions, the Goan, Mangalorean and Kerala-style chilli pork are well known. This simple recipe leads to twice-cooked pork chilli. The meat is first pressure cooked until tender and then stir-fried with onion petals and cube sized bell peppers.
We like our chilli pork juicy, where stir-fried pork pieces are accompanied with hot green chillies in every bite. I do have to say though, that the recipe is meant to be spicy, hence the name Pork Chilli. But if you’d like to cut the heat a little, use less chillies. You can also pick out the bay leaf, cinnamons and star anise before you stir fry the pork as the flavours of whole spices may linger in the dish.
So please go ahead and try this juicy pork chilli and have a beautiful day ahead !!
Happy Cooking !!

Sio Bak with Mandarin Orange Mustard - 橘子芥末酱烧肉
Recipe at:
We love our Sio Bak (who doesn’t!), and for this CNY season here’s a seasonal twist for you guys to cook a feast for your loved ones this reunion dinner.
In the season of mandarin oranges, we grated it’s zest on the underside of the pork belly for a citrus-ey twist, and roasted it using the Weber Q Grill for 2 hours. Brushing rice vinegar on the side every 30 minutes, the temperature is increased for the last 30 minutes to give it that shiok, crispy crunch.
We then made our own Mandarin Orange Mustard using juice from mandarin oranges, to pair with the meat. Yums!
Weber Asia is having a promotion for the Q grills : free cover & griddle worth up to $135 for every purchase, so it’s great value for a gas grill this season! -

Crispy Sweet and Sour Pork • Taste Show
Simply one of the best ways to cook pork tenderloin. The tenderloin slices are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Recipe:
Coated in the refreshing sweet and sour sauces, this pork tenderloin dish is best served with rice.
Called “锅包肉” in Chinese, this pork tenderloin dish originates from Northeast China and is a local favorite. Invented by Zheng Xingwen, a private chef for a Chinese official working in Harbin in late Qing dynasty, the sweet and sour flavor was devised to delight his Russian guests.
After the pork dish spread to nearby Liaoning region, Zheng Xingwen added ketchup in the stir frying process, and the dish tastes just as good, though locals in Harbin region still prefer the the original cooking method.
