INGREDIENTES
Azeite, q.b.
400g lulas
1 cebola picada
2 dentes de alho picados
1 folha de louro
390g tomate pelado
Sal e pimenta, q.b.
250g arroz carolina
400ml água
Coentros picados, q.b.
INSTRUÇÕES
1. Comece por colocar, num tacho, um fio de azeite e adicione as lulas. Deixe cozinhar, mexendo até estarem opacas e depois retire-as com uma escumadeira.
2. No mesmo tacho, adicione a cebola picada, os dentes de alho picados e a folha de louro. Quando a cebola começar a alourar, adicione o tomate pelado. Tape e deixe cozinhar durante cerca de 10 minutos.
3. Tempere com sal e pimenta, introduza o arroz e a água a ferver. Mexa, retifique os temperos e deixe cozinhar tapado cerca de 12 a 15 minutos.
4. Introduza de novo as lulas, deixe ferver e salpique com coentros picados. Sirva de imediato.

The Lulas Guisadas dish is very popular in any of the islands in Portugal. Every island has its own specialty on how they make the Lulas Guisadas. Natalia is sharing her Mom's recipe, which is Nuno's favorite. Every time she makes it, she thinks about her mom and she feels like she is in Portugal cooking together with her.

Lulas Recheados | Stuffed squids by Chef Rego from Goa
This video is dedicated to my loving son Chef Boris Do Rego who lost his life in the 26/11 attack in Mumbai. Lulas Recheados (Stuffed squids) was Boris's favourite dish. Its a popular dish in Goa, squids stuffed with a spicy filling and cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
Squids cleaned 5 to 6 nos
Olive oil to fry
For stuffing
Squids tentacle mince 150 gm
Chopped onion 1 no
Tomato chopped 1 no
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tsp
Red masala paste 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Toddy Vinegar 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
