Hey guys! It has been a little while but I'm back with another video from the SORTED guys. I would never have thought about using tofu as the base in a cheesecake, but it tasted amazing. Having the tofu made it creamy as well as nullifying the sweetness from the sugar. Hope you all give this a go!
Vegan No-Bake Cheesecake (Gluten-Free, Refined Sugar-Free, Easy)

Recipe:
Gluten-Free Cheesecake Crust:
1/2 cup (75 g) nuts or seeds of choice
1 cup (90 g) oats, gluten-free if needed
20 small (150 g) dates, pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Vegan Cheesecake Cream:
2/3 cup (100 g) cashews, soaked
1 cup (240 g) canned coconut milk
3 tbsp (60 g) maple syrup, or a different liquid sweetener
1 1/2 tsp agar powder, not flakes! + 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp lemon juice, or lime juice
3 tsp pink dragon fruit powder (optional)

How to BAKED Easy DELICIOUS VEGAN Tofu CHEESECAKE?
Healthy vegan cheesecake made out of tofu! Baked Vegan Cheesecake! So light (nut free) and satisfying (high protein) with a crisp crust. Unlike most vegan cheesecake recipes, it doesn’t contain any cashews so its lower in fat and totally nut free, only 6 ingredients! As a final touch, decorate and enjoy this cheesecake with fruit! They pair magically with this cheesecake giving it more decadency and freshness.

100g Plain Yogurt (3.5 oz)
50ml Whipping Cream (1.7 fl oz)
50g Granulated Sugar (1.75 oz)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
5g Gelatin Powder (0.18 oz)
50ml Hot Water (1.7 fl oz) - approx. 80°C/176°F
