1 c Soymilk; -OR- 1 c -Dry Soyagen AND 1 c -Water 20 oz Tofu 1/2 c Dry fructose 1/2 c Refined soy oil 1 tb Vanilla extract 1 ts Almond extract 2 ts Arrowroot powder
TOPPING:
3/4 c Apple juice concentrate 3 tb Arrowroot powder 6 c Fresh strawberries Blend granola and margarine together in bowl. Spread in oiled pie plate and bake at 350F for 5 min. Blend filling ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350F for 20 min. Mix 1/2 c of juice concentrate with arrowroot. Simmer strawberries with 1/4 c of juice concentrate. Add arrowroot mixture and simmer for 15 min more. Pour topping over cheesecake and cool before slicing.

PŘÍPRAVA: 60 minut MNOŽSTVÍ: 4 porce
Oblíbená omáčka severní Itálie ve veganské verzi. Surovin je tentokrát více, ale všechny jsou důležité pro to, aby chuť i konzistence boloňské omáčky byly tak akorát.
400 g špaget Girolomoni 1,7mm
680 g rajčatového pyré
400 ml zeleninového vývaru 80 g červené čočky půlené loupané
1 cibule 1 mrkev 1 stonek řapíkatého celeru 4 stroužky česneku 125 g nasekaných hub (žampiony, hlíva nebo shitake) 25 g najemno nasekaných vlašských ořechů
4 lžíce olivového oleje
1 lžíce lahůdkového droždí
1/2 lžíce sojové omáčky tamari
bobkový list
čerstvý rozmarýn a tymián
sůl, pepř
V kastrolu rozehřejte olivový olej. Přidejte mrkev, cibuli a řapíkatý celer nakrájené na drobné kostičky a nechte pomalu zesklovatět. Přidejte pokrájené houby s nasekaným česnekem a pomalu restujte. Houby postupně ztratí většinu vody a zelenina mírně zezlátne. Zalijte rajčatovým pyyré a vývarem. Přidejte čočku, lahůdkové droždí, tamari, nasekané ořechy, bylinky a bobkový list. Na mírném plameni povařte do změknutí čočky a zhoustnutí omáčky (asi 30–45 minut). Vyjměte bylinky a bobkový list. Podle potřeby dochuťte solí a pepřem. Podávejte se špagetami.
