How To make Lemon Ice Box Pie N
Crust: 1 1/2 Cups lemon cookie crumbs
1/2 Cup ground almonds
6 Tablespoons butter
1/4 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup heavy cream
Filling: 1 Cup powdered sugar
2 (3-ounces ea packages cream cheese -- softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup whipped topping
1 (3 1/2-ounce instant lemon pudding and
pie mix 1 3/4 cups milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
Topping: 2 cups whipped topping
1/4 cup finely crushed lemon drop hard candies
For crust: Mix cookie crumbs, ground almonds, butter, sugar and heavy cream together. Pat in bottom and up sides of a nine-inch pie pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. For filling: Mix powdered sugar, softened cream cheese, sour cream and whipped topping until smooth and creamy. Spread in bottom of cooled crust. Mix lemon pudding and pie mix (according to package directions), milk, lemon juice and grated lemon rind. Spread over cream cheese layer in crust. Refrigerate for one hour. For topping: Spread whipped topping over top of pie and sprinkle with crushed lemon candies. Refrigerate.

Lemonade Icebox Pie recipe
Ingredients
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup thawed lemonade concentrate
1 carton (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Yellow food coloring, optional (I used 7 drops)
1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
Directions
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and milk until smooth. Beat in lemonade concentrate. Fold in whipped topping and, if desired, food coloring. Pour into crust. Cover and refrigerate until set.

Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter or margarine, and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate.
Step 2
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 7 minutes. Cool. If recipe calls for unbaked pie shell, just chill for about 1 hour.
Recipe | Lemon Ice Box Pie (non-bake)
This non-bake Lemon Ice Box Pie is super simple to make!
With only 4 ingredients and a “little time, you can impress your friends and family with a dessert that can satisfy their sweet and sour taste buds all at the same time.
INGREDIENTS:
*1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk (Nestle or Eagle Brand)
*The juice of 3 - 4 lemons
*1 8oz Cool Whip (whip cream)
*1 9oz Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust
(or you can make your own w/graham cracker crumbs & butter)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix half of the cool whip, sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice in a bowl.
(reserve the remaining cool whip in the refrigerator)
Pour the mix into the pie shell and place it in the freezer.
Freeze the mixture for 2-3 hours (or longer)
Once your pie mix is firm or solid, add the rest of the cool whip on top and place the pie back in the freezer for another 2-3 hours or longer.
Once the whole pie is firm to cut, garnish and serve :)
