4 lbs ground chicken breast, skinless
2 c white bread crumbs
4 whole egg whites
slightly beaten
1 c water
1 env spaghetti sauce mix
1 c onions :
chopped
1 c red and green bell peppers -- chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 12-cup fluted pan with cooking spray; set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, bread crumbs, egg whites, water, spaghetti sauce mix, onions, and bell peppers. Mix until well blended. Pack firmly into prepared pan. Bake for 1 and 1/4 hours. Let stand 10 minutes, then unmold.

- Cabbage കാബ്ബജ്
- Carrots ക്യാരറ്റ്
- Potato ഉരുളകിഴങ്ങ്
- Beans പയർ
- Chili മുളക്
- Onion ഉള്ളി
- Salt and pepper ( to taste)
- Chili flakes
- Olive oil (or any oil available) എണ്ണ
- Spring roll or lumpia wrapper
- Egg white (for sealing the wrapper) മുട്ട വെള്ള

Easy Pizza Bread ???????? Food Hack for Lazy Days

???????? PIZZA BREAD HACK Recipe:
Ingredients:
- slice of bread/bagel
Sauce:
- fresh tomatoes (6-8 cherry or 1 medium)
-ketchup
-dried (or fresh) oregano + basil (1/4 tsp) italian herb seasoning will work too
- salt + pepper (pinch + a few grinds to taste)
Toppings:
-2-3 button mushrooms
-2 slices of ham (or meat substitute)
-shredded cheese (1/3 cup) or enough sliced cheese to cover the bread
-1-2 cherry tomatoes, sliced and left uncooked
Method:
1. Create the sauce: slice the mushrooms and cook them first in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat until they start to release water and look soft.
2. Chop the tomatoes roughly, add to the mushrooms. Add the herbs and salt + pepper for flavour. Cook for about 2-3 min until tomatoes start to lose their shape and get mushy.
3. Squeeze about 2 tbsp of ketchup onto the tomatoes and mix together.
4. Add the ham, mix all together until warm, 1-2 min. turn off the heat.
5. Take your bread, spread the sauce + toppings evenly. Cover in cheese and top with the remaining uncooked cherry tomato slices. Add a pinch of salt to the tomato.
6. Grill in a toaster oven or on the grill setting until the cheese melts to your prefered gooeyness. I did it for about 2-3 minutes. Dig in and wonder about the other toppings you could be adding to this magic easy pizza bread.
NOTE: If you only have a stove top, add a little olive oil/butter to the pan and put on low-medium. Add all the toppings and cheese to the bread, and cover with lid to create a steamy meltenvironmentnt while toasting the bottom of your bread. Keep on eye on the bread, the bottom can burn quickly, especially with butter!

-2 SHOTS vodka
-1/2 SHOT GRAND MARNIER (or Cointreau/Triple Sec)
-1 SHOT FRESH squeezed lemon juice
-1/2 SHOT simple syrup (add up to 1/2 shot more if too tart for your taste)
Add all ingredients into martini shaker filled with ice.
Shake it, shake shake it, shake it...UH OHHH~ *dances*
Using the left over lemon, rub it on the rim of a glass lightly and roll the rim of the glass in sugar.
Strain the drink into the glass. Laugh merrily at how excellent it was that life gave you lemons.

Non-Alcoholic ???? Life Has Given Me Lemons Recipe
-Big ol' handful of fresh mint leaves
-1 SHOT FRESH squeezed lemon juice
-1/2 SHOT simple syrup
-1/4 Soda Water (or sparkling water)
Optional: fresh grated ginger (1/4 tsp)
Shake everything BUT the soda water with ice, and pour into a glass filled with more ice and a few sprigs of mint because that's pretty. Top the rest of the glass up with the soda water, and gently stir. Enjoy your freshly glass of TAKE THAT life.
