How To make Lamb Kabobs with Vegetables
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
1/3 cup Lemon juice
1/4 cup Minced onion
1 tsp Leaf oregano, crumbled
2 tsp Leaf marjoram, crumbled
1/4 cup Minced parsley
1 ea Garlic clove, chopped
2 lb Boneless lamb (leg/shoulder)
1 ea Basket cherry tomatoes
2 ea Medium green peppers
2 ea Medium red peppers
2 ea Summer squash, cut in chunks
1 ea Small eggplant, cubed
Cut lamb into 1 1/2" cubes. Combine oil, lemon juice, onion, oregano, marjoram, parsley and garlic in a large deep bowl. Stir in lamb, cover, let marinate overnight in refrigerator. Cut peppers into squares. Thread lamb cubes onto 6 metal skewers. Grill or broil, 6" from heat, for 15 minutes turning and basting frequently with marinade. Put vegetables on 6 metal skewers and continue grilling lamb and vegetables, turning and basting, for 15 minutes longer or until meat is done as you like it and vegetables are tender.

Marinade (per 500g meat):
80ml onion juice (roughly 1 large onion strained)
100ml whole milk
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 Cloves of Garlic
30g Red Pepper Paste - or tomato paste
1 Tsp salt (If you are doubling or tripling the recipe, make sure you do not exceed exactly 1 tsp per 500g, everything else can be rough except the salt)
1/2 Tsp Pul Biber or Aleppo Pepper
1 Tsp oregano
1/2 Tsp black pepper
Ezme:
3-4 Plum Tomatoes
1 Onion
2 Green chillies
2 Red chillies
1 clove of garlic
30g parsley or 18g minced parsley leaves
1 Tbsp red pepper paste
1 Tsp Dried Mint
1 Tsp Sumac
1 Tsp Pul Biber or Aleppo Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 lemon juiced
1 Tbsp pomegranate molasses
3-5 Tbsp olive oil

3 pound lamb meat
1 onion, sliced
(Optional) 2 tablespoons whole cumin seeds
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Hi Everyone! As some of you know I am still on vacation but I have this Lamb kabob video that I filmed before I left.
This Lamb kabobs is another favorite of mine. I make this very often and it’s also a perfect dish to make if you have friends over. I usually serve this with tzatziki or tahini sauce. My favorite side dish with lamb kabobs are wild rice, feta bread and fattoush salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Boneless Leg of lamb 5lb.
Salt 1 Tblspn
Pepper 1 Tblspn
Garlic minced 8cloves
Rosemary 2 Tblspn chopped finely
Thyme 1 1/2 Tblspn chopped finely
Olive oil 3 Tblspn plus 2 Tblspn for veggies
