3 lb Beef or lamb;cut into 1-inch - strips or cubes 3/4 c Chunky peanut butter 1 oz Kahlua 1 Clove garlic 3/4 c Chicken stock or broth 1/4 ts Horseradish Skewer the meat. The secret is in the sauce. Mix all the other ingredients in a blender until smooth. Baste the kabobs well and cook over charcoal. Turn and baste until the meat is tender. About 10-15 minutes for cubes, or 5-10 minutes for strips. Serve with the extra sauce either hot or cold for dipping. Serves 4-6 people. ---

Best Ever Roasted Sweet Potatoes Recipe - How to Bake Sweet Potatoes
These roasted sweet potatoes will hands down be your best way of roasted sweet potatoes. The sweet potatoes are deliciously soft inside and caramelized outside, perfect roasted sweet potatoes side dish for the holidays.
INGREDIENTS
3 large sweet potatoes ( i recommend using fresh newly bought sweet potatoes, they taste the best) 3 Tbs olive oil 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp onion powder 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 Tbs brown sugar 1 tsp ground cinnamon salt and pepper to your taste taste ( i used about 1 and 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper)
BRIEF INSTRUCTION
1. Cut sweet potatoes into cubes 2. Add the rest of the ingredients to sweet potatoes and mix very well 3. Place sweet potatoes into a greased baking pan, be sure to space them out well. 4. Bake at 425 F for 30 to 35 minutes
▪ DIRECTIONS: 1. Pour them in following order. Kahlua Milk to 1/4 of the cup, warm milk to 2/3 of the cup, 2 shots of espresso (Replacable with instant coffee), and 10g of cream. 2. Place the marshmallows on the skewers and bake it lightly with a torch. 3. Spread the baked marshmallows over the prepared kahlua latte and sprinkle with caramel syrup and salt.
