How To make Kahlua Ice Cream Pie

9 oz Chocolate wafer cookies
1/2 c Unsalted butter :
melted
10 tb Kahlua -- divided
1 t Expresso powder
3 oz Semi-sweet chocolate choped
1 tb Unsalted butter
1 pt Ice cream :
vanilla, coffee,
or chocolate chip 1 pt Chocolate ice cream
3/4 c Whipping cream -- whipped
In food processor, place half of cookies, breaking into pieces. Process to make fine crumbs. Repeat with remaining cookies. Add 1/2 cup melted butter and process with on-off pulses, just to blend. Press crumbs evenly onto bottom and up side of 9" pie plate. Press crumbs evenly to rim. Bake at 325~ for 10 minutes. Cool completely. In small saucepan, heat 6 tbls Kahlua and expresso powder over low heat until warmed and powder is dissolved. Stir in chocolate and 1 tbls butter and stir until melted and smooth. Cool completely. Transfer vanilla ice cream to electric mixer bowl and allow to soften slightly. Add 2 tbls Kahlua and beat on low speed to blend. Spread over bottom of cooled crust and freeze until firm. Spread cooled chocolate mixture over ice cream in plate. Freeze until firm. Transfer chocolate ice cream to mixer bowl; blend in remaining 2 tbls Kahlua as above. Spread chocolate ice cream over sauce in pie. Freeze until firm. To serve, pipe decorative border of whipped cream around inside edge of pie.

KAHLUA Cookie Butter RUM Raisin Ice Cream Recipe on Let's Get Greedy! #62
This is a LGG Recipe on making our boozy Ice Cream flavored with Cookie Butter, Rum Raisin and Kahlua. Enjoy!

Recipe:
-2 cups whole milk
-3/4 cup of granulated sugar
-pinch salt
-2 cups heavy cream
-1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract
-1/2 a cup of Kahlua
-1 shot of espresso (Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts)
-3 tablespoon of cornstarch
-pinch of sea salt
-1/2 cup of raisins
-1/2 cup of Jamaican Rum (Wray & Nephew)
-About a 1/2 jar of Cookie Butter (Crunchy)
INSTRUCTIONS:
*In a large pot on low-medium heat; combine the milk, cream, sugar, espresso, Kahlua, salt, cornstarch and whisk until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, mix in vanilla.
*In a small container, pour Jamaican Rum over raisins. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Next day, drain raisins. Turn on ice cream maker; pour the ice cream mixture into the frozen freezer bowl and let mix.
*After 15-20 minutes or when the ice cream is starting to thicken, add in raisins and cookie butter (pieces should be about 1/4 teaspoon in size). Once the ice cream comes to the top or has a soft creamy texture the ice cream is completed. If a firmer consistency is desired, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and place in freezer overnight. Plate, serve and enjoy!

EASY NO BAKE BAILEYS IRISH CREAM CHEESECAKE
Ingredients
* 1 1/2 cups Oreo baking crumbs
* 5 tablespoons melted butter
* 900 grams cream cheese (about 32 ounces)
* 3/4 cup powdered sugar
* 1/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur
* 300 grams white chocolate melted (12 oz)
* 100 grams semi-sweet chocolate melted (4 oz)
* 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
For decorating:
* 200 grams semi-sweet chocolate chopped (8 oz)
* 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream plus 2 teaspoons
* whipped topping or whipped cream, and chocolate shavings for garnish (optional)
Instructions
* Combine the Oreo baking crumbs and melted butter until moistened and crumbly.
* Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and refrigerate to set.
* Combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar in a large bowl, mixing with a hand mixer on medium speed (or in your stand mixer) until smooth.
* Add the Baileys and mix well until incorporated.
* Add the melted white and semi sweet chocolate in a steady stream while the mixer is running on low speed, until completely incorporated. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to be sure everything is incorporated.
* Fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping by hand until the mixture is fluffy and creamy and there are no streaks of white in the batter.
* Pour the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust and smooth out the top with a rubber spatula.
* Refrigerate to set for 6 hours or overnight, or set in the fridge for 2-3 hours and then in the freezer for 2-3 hours before serving. OR, set in the freezer only for 4 hours.
For decorating:
* Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave on 50 percent power for 30-second increments until melted.
* Whisk in the 3/4 cup plus 2 teaspoons of heavy cream until a ganache forms.
* Drizzle the ganache over the chilled cheesecake.
* Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, and serve.
