Persian Chicken Kabobs Recipe
This grilled chicken kabobs recipe comes out just as good as if you went to a Persian Restaurant. First, you will need to prepare chicken kabobs marinade and let the chicken marinade in the fridge for at least four hours. Let the chicken get to the room temperature before getting the chicken on the skewers. The coals need to be white hot, and the chicken will cook through pretty quickly. 1.5 lb chicken breast;
1tbsp of salt;
1tsp of paprika;
1tsp of turmeric;
.5 tsp of saffron;
.5 tsp of pepper;
3/4 cup of olive oil;
3/4 cup of lime juice;

half an onion.

The Recipe: Curd Kebab Rolls | दही के शोले
Ingredients:
1 cup hung curd
½ cup Maida
1 onion, finely chopped
¼ cup capsicum, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon chaat masala
½ teaspoon red chili powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Mint chutney and tamarind chutney for serving
Instructions:
1.In a mixing bowl, combine the hung curd, Maida, chopped onion, capsicum, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, chaat masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well to form a thick and creamy mixture.
2.Take a small portion of the mixture and shape it into a cylindrical roll. Repeat this step until all the mixture is used.
3.Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once the oil is hot, gently drop the rolls into it and fry until they turn golden brown and crispy.
4.Remove the rolls from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
5.Serve the Curd Kebab Rolls hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves. Accompany them with mint chutney and tamarind chutney for a burst of flavors.
