20 Ice cream cones
-(flat bottoms) 1 pk Cake mix,
-prepared as directed Preheat oven to 350. Place ice cream cones in muffin tins or use a large flat baking sheet. Fill cups 1/2 full with cake batter. Be careful not to overfill or the batter will run down the sides of the cones. Bake 18 to 23 minutes (or as directed on package for cupcakes). Done when center springs back when lightly touched. Frost as desired when cool. These are best when eaten same day or the cone will get soggy. Makes about 20 from one box of cake mix.

ingredients for the chocolate citrus cake
1 large egg
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 a lemon zest
1/2 an orange zest
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 cup of orange juice
1 cup of all purpose flour
1/3 cup of cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
about 300 g of melted dark chocolate
this recipe makes about 58 mini ice cream cone cakes

Ice Cream Cone Rainbow Cake Pops Items used in the video:
• prepared cupcakes of various colours
• Buttercream (Our buttercream video:
• mini ice cream cones (I found mine at WalMart)
• white melting chocolate
• sprinkles
• red candies
To make the cake pops crumble one cupcake of one colour into a bowl and add one tablespoon of buttercream. Mix together until a playdough like texture is reached. Repeat for all colours.
Use a small amount of each colour, combine together and roll into a ball. Place on a parchment lined baking tray and place in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave by using 30-60 second intervals and stirring repeatedly.
Dip the top of the cone into the melting chocolate and place the cake ball on top. Set aside and repeat process. Put into freezer for 5 minutes again to allow the chocolate to harden.
Once the chocolate is hard, dip the ball and cone into the chocolate again, covering the cake ball. Allow to harden and repeat if desired. To apply sprinkles, re-dip the cone halfway and apply sprinkles and cherry on top!

--Ice Cream Cone Cakes--
2 Eggs Room Temperature Blended
1/4 Cup of Powdered Sugar Blended
1/4 cup of Flour Sifted and Blended
1 Tablespoon of Unsalted Butter Blended
Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes.
--Ice Cream Frosting Icing--
Meringue - 2 Eggs Whipped and 1 Tablespoon of Sugar Whipped
In a Pan Mix 1/3 Cup of Sugar to 2 Tablespoons of Water Until You Have Syrup
Add the Syrup to the Meringue and Beat on Medium Speed Until You Have Peaks
In Another Bowl Mix 1 Cup of Room Temperature Unsalted Butter
Slowly Mix the Meringue and Butter Until it Looks Like Frosting
Color the Frosting
Scoop on Cone

2 eggs
200g (1 cup) sugar
120ml (1/2 cup) milk
40g butter
10g vanilla sugar
10g baking powder
125g (1 cup) flour (all purpose)

METHOD
Beat egg whites with salt. Add ½ cup sugar and continue whisking until peaks.
Mix egg yolks with ½ cup sugar and beat. Add milk, butter, vanilla sugar, flour, baking powder. Beat with a mixer. Add whipped egg whites and stir with a spatula.
Place parchment paper in ice cream cones and fill with dough.
Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Pour the finished cones with melted chocolate.
