1 1/4 c Prepared biscuit mix
1/2 ts Baking powder
1 tb Oil
Mix all ingredients thoroughly and turn out onto a floured board, knead lightly and then roll out gently and cut into biscuits. Brush lightly with melted butter or margarine. ????Marble Loaf Cake ????
This is my fool proof softest, moist, yummiest, bakery style cake recipe.Another showstopper. Must try it.
INGREDIENTS :
????1 cup oil
????1 cup sugar
????3 eggs
????1 cup milk
????1 n half cups flour(maida)
????2 tsp baking powder
????half tsp vanilla powder or extract
????Half cup coconut dessicated
????3 tsp cocoa powder
.
????️Method:
Preheat oven at 180c
Grease a 9 inch loaf pan with oil, or add parchment paper.
In a bowl Mix oil ,sugar ,then add eggs and beat well, add milk and mix.
Then add flour and baking powder, vanilla powder/extract, coconut, mix everything.
Take out one cup of this cake batter and add 3 tsp of cocoa powder.
Now add vanilla batter into the pan, alternating with cocoa batter.
Make swirls with a skewer. Tap the pan twice to get rid of air bubbles. Bake at 180c for 35-40 minutes till a skewer comes out clean.

????Take it out, let it cool completely, cut into slices and enjoyyyy with your Chai/coffee
????You can add any flavour of your choice into this cake batter, add nuts, any favourite fruits, coffee, cinnamon, lemon juice, orange juice.
