How To make Hershey's Low Fat Banana Bread

sour cream, fat free

baking soda

sugar

cup
butter, or margarine, softened
1/2
cup
egg beaters
3/4
teaspoon
salt
3
cup
flour
3
each
bananas, mashed
1
teaspoon
vanilla
12
oz
chocolate chips, low fat
1/2
cup
nuts, chopped
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray two 9x5x3 inch loaf pans with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. In small bowl, stir together sour cream and baking soda; set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar and margarine on medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Add egg substitute and salt; beat well. Gradually add flour to sugar mixture, beating until well blended. Add sour cream mixture, banana and vanilla; beat until smooth. Fold in chips and nuts.
Pour batter evenly into prepared pans. Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire rack; immediately wrap in plastic wrap. Cool completely before slicing.

The most delicious chocolate banana bread ( or cake ) ever. In Canada we call it banana “ bread “ simply because it’s baked in a loaf pan but it’s definitely cake to me ???? I tried to lighten the ingredients up and use healthier alternatives but feel free to make any substitutions necessary. It is so moist and another one bowl wonder. You will need:

3 ripe bananas
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup avocado oil ( or any )
1/4 cup nut milk ( or any )
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa/cacao
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
handful choc-chips

Please note : I used plant-based chocolate chips, as well as plant-based milk. Feel free to use any you love. Walnuts are so good in here as well but it’s up to you

Directions
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Pre-heat oven to 375F. In a big bowl mash the bananas , and add in your wet ingredients + sugar. Stir and add in the cacao , flour , and baking soda. Pour it out onto a loaf pan lined with parchment paper to ensure your bread does not stick. Shake the loaf pan a little bit to distribute your batter and bake for 40 to 45 minutes depending on your oven. A toothpick should come out clean. You can let it cool and enjoy. We like to wrap it nicely after it’s cooled and leave it on the counter as it doesn’t last us long. Enjoy, and follow me for more.

Here is an easy banana bread recipe. Perfect for beginners!

Hershey's Banana Bread:
Mold Size: 8.5 x 4.5
Ingredients are shown in the video.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven. 350°F (177°C)
2. Mash bananas in a bowl and add melted butter. Stir until well combined.
3. Add egg, sugar, flour. baking soda & salt. Mix until the batter is smooth. Set aside.
4. Chop the Hershey's chocolate into smaller pieces.
5. Add the Hershey's to your batter. Mix.
6. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and top with additional Hershey's chunks.
7. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
8. Enjoy!

HEALTHY Banana Bread | Doctor Explains How to Make Low Calorie Cakes
Join me as I bake a healthier low calorie version of the classic Banana Bread. A popular choice by many in the belief the bananas make it a healthier option, it is often laden with sugar, oil and butter.
In this episode, I share with you healthier alternatives to common ingredients to create this masterpiece whilst maintaining a genuine taste.
RECIPE AND METHOD
For the mixture:
- 3 Bananas - mashed
- 1 Cup flour
- 3 Tbsp applesauce
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 squeeze of honey - optional
- 1 tsp cocoa nibs - optional
Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside. In a separate bowl mix the banana, eggs, applesauce and cocoa nibs together. Once you have achieved an even texture add in the dry ingredients. Be sure not to over beat the mixture as the cake will loose its height.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf tin and place in an already heated oven at 180 degrees for 60 minutes or until a knife can come out clean from the cake.
Set aside to rest and enjoy with a lovely cup of tea.
