INGREDIENTS
15 oz. (425 g) canned white beans (rinsed) , I prefer the creamy cannellini beans
2 Tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sesame oil
2 teaspoons (10 ml) soy sauce ( or to taste)
1-2 Tablespoons (15-30 ml) sriracha hot sauce (or to taste)
1 clove (1 clove) garlic , minced
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) curry powder
2-4 Tablespoons water (start with 2 Tablespoons and add more as needed)
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) lime juice

INGREDIENTS
2, 14.28 oz. cans - Carmelina Brands® Italian Cannellini Beans, rinsed and drained
4 ounces - Plain cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup - Green onions, sliced thin
1/4 cup - Italian parsley, chopped
1 fillet - Anchovies in oil (optional)
2 tablespoons - Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons - Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon - Black pepper
1 teaspoon - Dry oregano
2 tablespoons - Extra virgin olive oil
Garnish - Sundried tomatoes
Garnish - Toasted pine nuts
Using a food processor with blade attachment, add Carmelina Brands® Italian Cannellini Beans, cream cheese, green onions, parsley, anchovy fillet, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and oregano. Blend for a minute until ingredients are incorporated and smooth.
With motor running, add oil in a thin, steady stream. Blend ingredients until well incorporated; about 10 seconds. Use spatula to clean down sides of food processor bowl if needed. Place dip into a serving bowl, and serve with endive leaves, crackers, vegetable crudité, or toasted bread. Garnish with sundried tomatoes and pine nuts. Mangia bene!
