Healthy diet enthusiasts will not want to miss this recipe for Chicken Sizzler with Herbed Rice. A marinated, crispy, and tender chicken breast is served on a hot platter with stir-fried vegetables and rice. They make a delectable, filling, and nutritious entrée. The rich smoky flavor of chicken sizzler is attributable to the iron plate on which it is served, which not only keeps the chicken hot for longer but also imparts a distinct smoky flavor. Succulent and tasty chicken sizzlers are a terrific party dish for both kids and adults.
Sizzlers come in a variety of shapes and sizes, and they're served in a variety of ways. Some people prefer mashed potatoes to french fries, while others prefer cheese slices. ▶️ The Recipe: Grilled Chicken Sizzler with Herbed Rice Recipe
▶️ Ingredients for the Grilled chicken:
• Boneless Chicken fillet
• 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
• 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
• 1 tsp coriander-cumin powder
• 1 tsp soy sauce
• 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder
• vinegar/Lemon
• Pinch of sugar
• salt to taste
▶️Ingredients for herbed Zeera Rice:
• 2 cups rice
• 1 tsp pure ghee
• 1/4 tsp garam masala/whole spices powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
• spring onions
• coriander leaves
• lemon juice
• salt to taste
▶️For the sizzling sauce:
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/4 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp tamarind pulp
• 1 tsp chili sauce
• 1 tsp of honey
• 1 chicken cube
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
• pinch of black pepper powder
• spring onion
• coriander leaves
• salt to taste
▶️For stir fry veggies:
• 1/4 tsp chili flakes
• 1/2 cup spring onion
• coriander
• carrot
• mix capsicums
• salt and oil

Aloo suva ki sabji
Serving –4 nos
Preparation time – 15 mins
Cooking time – 10 mins
Ingredients quantity
Baby potatoes(par boiled) 1 cup
Fresh dill leaves 2 bunch
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Asafetida a pinch
Green chillies(slits) 8 – 10 nos
Ginger juliennes 2 inch
Salt to taste
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder ½ tspn
Turmeric powder ½ tspn
Dry mango powder 1 tspn
Garam masala ½ tspn
Fresh coriander leaves 2- 3 tsp
Method :
1. In a pressure cooker par boil the baby potatoes for 1 whistle .
2. Let it cool down and cut it into half , keep aside .
3. Heat oil in a non stick pan & add cumin seed , asafoetida , green chilly , ginger, , sauté it well .
4. Now add baby potatoes ,sauté it well for 4-5 mins .
5. Add salt ,coriander powder ,red chilly powder ,turmeric powder , dry mango powder , garam masala , mix it well on a slow flame for a min.
6. Once the baby potato is almost done , add dill leaves , mix well for 2 mins .
7. Now add coriander leaves , stir well for a min .
8. Transfer it to serving plate , garnish with ginger julienne & serve hot .

ROASTED POTATOES AND CARROTS
Ingredients
* 3 pounds baby potatoes
* 4 cups baby carrots
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
* 1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons freshly chopped sage (or 3/4 teaspoon dried sage)
* 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves (or 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme)
* 2 teaspoons fresh chopped rosemary (or 3/4 teaspoon dried rosemary)
Instructions
* Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare a large 9-inch by 13-inch (or equivalent) baking dish by greasing it very lightly with olive oil.
* Wash and dry the baby potatoes, and add them to a large bowl along with the baby carrots, oil, salt and pepper, garlic powder, sage, thyme and rosemary.
* Toss everything very well to coat and pour into the prepared baking dish.
* Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for about 30-35 minutes, or until the potatoes and carrots are fork tender.
* Serve immediately.
