How To make Glazed Chicken with Julienne Vegetables
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup apple juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boned and skinned chicken breast halves
1 large carrot
cut in 1/4" strips
1 medium green pepper :
cut in 1/4" strips
In small bowl, stir together cornstarch, broth, apple juice, honey and mustard; set aside.
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat half of the oil. Brown chicken 5 minutes on each side. Remove chicken from skillet; set aside.
Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, heat remaining oil. Stir-fry carrot and pepper until tender-crisp.
Stir in reserved cornstarch mixture. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with noodles.

Chicken julienne:
chicken
olive oil or flower oil
some pickles
cream
some mushrooms
salt,black pepper
How to prepare it:
cut the chicken into oblong pieces and fry it in oil or olive oil.
When it is ready, cut pickles and cream separately and add to the chicken.
Add a little salt, pepper and serve.

HONEY GLAZED GRILLED CHICKEN
PREP TIME: 2 HOURS 10 MINUTES
COOK TIME: 40 MINUTES
SERVES: 2
INGREDIENTS
2 medium chicken thighs
2 tbsp honey
1 chicken seasoning cube
1 tsp chilli powder
4 cloves of garlic, minced.
1 medium ginger, grated.
1 tbsp chicken peppery seasoning
2 tbsp sesame oil
6 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white Sesame seeds
1 spring onion, julienne slices.
DIRECTION
• In a mixing bowl pour honey, add chicken seasoning, chilli powder, garlic, ginger, chicken peppery seasoning, sesame oil, soy sauce, whisk and set aside.
• Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towel, place them in the honey mixture and massage the chicken.
• Cover with cling film and marinate for 2 hours.
• Place an aluminium foil in a baking pan, place the chicken thighs on and oven grill for 25 minutes.
• Whiles the chicken is being grilled, bring the left over marinade to a boil and let simmer down till thickened.
• Bring out the chicken from the oven, turn over and pour some of the marinade on and grill for another 10 minutes.
• Bring out the chicken again, turn over and pour the marinade on and grill for another 5 minutes.
• Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and spring onion.
• Honey grilled chicken is ready to serve.
