2 3/4 c All-purpose flour; to 3/
-divided 1 pk Dry yeast
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dried whole basil
1 ts Dried whole oregano
1 1/4 c Warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1 cl Garlic; minced
Butter or margarine; melted Additional grated parmesan -cheese Or additional sesame seeds Recipe by: Southern Living
Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, basil, oregano, and salt in a large bowl. Add water and oil; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. Stir in 1 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic (about 1 minute). Divide dough into fourths; shape each into a ball. Cut each ball into 10 pieces. Shape each piece into an 8-inch rope. (Cover remaining dough while working to prevent drying.) Dip rope in butter, and roll in Parmesan cheese. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 50 minutes. (Dough will not double in bulk.) Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 -----

Ingredients:
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 Tbsp chopped Parsley
1 Egg Yolk
Procedure:
1) Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2) Lightly knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
3) Divide the dough into even-sized balls then roll each out into sticks.
4) Put the sticks in a baking sheet lined with parchment.
5) Bake for 6-8 minutes at 220C.

2 Types Herb Stick
Ingredients :
Herb Butter
Take a small bowl
2 tbsp - Amul Salted Butter
1/4 tsp - Oregano
1/4 tsp - Chilli Flakes
1/2 tsp - Pizza Seasoning
2 tsp - Finely Chopped Parsley
1 tsp - Crushed Garlic
Mix amd Keep aside
Topping :
1 Cup - Pizza Cheese
2 tsp - Chopped Chillies
2 tsp - Red Bell Pepper Chopped
2 tsp - Yellow Bell Pepper Chopped
2 tsp - Green Capsicum chopped
2 tsp - Onion Chopped
1 tsp - Parsley Chopped
Pinch - Black pepper powder
Mix and Keep aside
4 Big Size - Brrad Slice
Spread Herb butter above the bread
above filling put on the 2 bread slice
Take a Oven Tray and Grease with butter
and put on the Tray
2 nd Two Bread slice cut into strips and keep in tray for baking
Preaheat the oven at 180 degree dor 10 min amd bake it for 7-8 min or till cheese melts and Crisp
Cut Filling bread into strips and Sprinkle Pizza Seasoning ,Sprinkle Red Chilli Flakes and Serve
