How To make Herbed Breadsticks
2 3/4 c All-purpose flour; to 3/
-divided 1 pk Dry yeast
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
1 ts Dried whole basil
1 ts Dried whole oregano
1 1/4 c Warm water (105-115 degrees)
1 tb Vegetable oil
1 c Parmesan cheese; grated
1 cl Garlic; minced
Butter or margarine; melted Additional grated parmesan -cheese Or additional sesame seeds Recipe by: Southern Living
Combine 1-1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, basil, oregano, and salt in a large bowl. Add water and oil; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer 3 to 4 minutes or until smooth. Stir in 1 cup Parmesan cheese, garlic, and enough flour to make a stiff dough. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface, and knead until smooth and elastic (about 1 minute). Divide dough into fourths; shape each into a ball. Cut each ball into 10 pieces. Shape each piece into an 8-inch rope. (Cover remaining dough while working to prevent drying.) Dip rope in butter, and roll in Parmesan cheese. Place 2 inches apart on greased baking sheets. Cover and let rise in a warm place (85 degrees), free from drafts, 50 minutes. (Dough will not double in bulk.) Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 -----

1 tsp minced Garlic
1 Tbsp chopped Parsley

2) Lightly knead the mixture into a smooth dough.
3) Divide the dough into even-sized balls then roll each out into sticks.
4) Put the sticks in a baking sheet lined with parchment.

These are delicious semi-homemade bread sticks that are ready to serve in minutes!
1 package (6-1/2 ounces) pizza crust mix
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pizza sauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix pizza dough according to package directions, adding garlic powder to dry mix. Cover; let rest 5 minutes.
Knead dough 4-5 times or until easy to handle. On a greased baking sheet, press dough into an 8-in. square. Brush top with oil; sprinkle with cheeses and Italian seasoning.
Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned. Cut in half; cut each half crosswise into eight strips. Serve with pizza sauce. Yield: 16 cheese sticks.

Garlic and herb bread sticks
Ingredients
Flour 170 gms
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar 2 pinch
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oilive oil 1.5 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
For butter :
Saltes butter 2 tsp
Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Method:
1. In a bowl add water, sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5 mins until it becomes bubbly and foamy.
2. Now add flour,salt and olive oil. Mix it well.
3. Now knead dough for 10 mins and make a soft dough.
4. Put dough in a greased bowl and cover it n keep it in warm place for 1 and half hour.
5. Now punch the dough and release air from it.
6. Roll it like a thick chapati (2-3 cm thickness) and with the help of knife cut it into sticks.
7. Keep sticks on baking tray and cover it again for 30 mins.
8. Now put butter mixture on each stick.
9. Preheat the oven for 5 mins
10. Now bake it on 200 °C for 10-12 minutes.
