How To make Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread
Servings: 1
3 c all purpose flour
2 c sugar
1 ts soda
1 ts salt
1 ts ground cinnamon
1 c chopped nuts
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c vegetable oil
2 c mashed ripe bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed
pineapple, drained 2 ts vanilla
Combine dry ingredients; stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

6 ripe bananas
2 1/2 cup AP flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda

Retired and Prepping -- Hawaiian Banana Bread with Coconut & Pineapple
I found a new recipe with bananas, coconut and pineapple in it and wanted to try it out. Hope you like it. . It run oven in the oven. I would suggest not to add the baking soda and bakng powder. Here is the link to the bead after I got out of oven:
Hawaiian Banana Bread with Coconut and Pineapple
1/2 cup soften butter
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 banana, mashed
8 oz. crushed pineapple--undrained
2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup flaked coconut.
In bowl cream butter and sugar. Blend well and add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each one.
Stir in banana and pineapple.
In separate bowl sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to wet ingredients.
Stir in coconut.
Grease loaf pan and bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes

EASY Hawaiian Banana Bread Recipe
This bread is wonderful for a luau or any party! This delicious recipe is for anyone who enjoys banana bread, with or without nuts.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 cup macadamia nuts, pecans, or walnuts (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan and set it aside. Mix the ingredients together. Bake for 1 hour.

Full Recipe: Makes two loaves
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup avocado oil or vegetable oil
- 16 oz crushed pineapple
- 4 eggs
- 4 overly ripened bananas

Today I'm making Hawaiian Banana Bread (Aloha Loaf), a recipe from the Del Monte Kitchens Cookbook. This turned out to be AMAZING and maybe the best banana bread recipe I have ever tried. It's my new go-to!

ALOHA LOAF (Hawaiian Banana Bread)
1/2c butter, softened
1c sugar
2 eggs
1/2c mashed ripe banana
2c flour
1t baking powder
1/2t baking soda
1/2t salt
1 - 8oz can crushed pineapple
1/2c shredded coconut
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in banana. Sift together flour baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture; mix well. Fold in pineapple and coconut. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes (I had to bake mine for an extra 8 minutes). Let stand for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and allow to cool.
