Indulge in a flavor explosion with every bite of our flaky and soft puff pastry filled with spicy, mouth-watering spiced beef. Perfect as a party appetizer, evening snack, or brunch addition, this delectable treat is sure to tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more.
Spice Level - Mild ????
Servings - 20-24
Ingredients :
1. Beef - 500 grm
2. Puff Pastry sheets -2
3. Pepper- 1/2 tsp
4.Veg Oil - 2 tsp
5.Onion - 2
6.Ginger-garlic paste - 1tsp
7. Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
8. Chilli powder(Mild) - 1 tsp
9.Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
10.Garam Masala - 1tsp
11. Salt
12. Flour for dusting
Preparation:
Filling:
- Preheat Oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Heat oil in a pan , Cook beef thoroughly (4-5 minutes) On medium heat.Add salt and pepper to the beef.
-Remove the beef from the pan And keep aside.
- Add oil to the same pan . Saute Onion, ginger-garlic paste and add in the Coriander powder, Chilli powder, Turmeric and Garam masala.Stir and blend well.
- Add in the cooked beef and blend well.
- Keep it aside for a while to cool down.
To assemble puff pastry appetizers:
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Place the pastry sheet on the work top and cut into squares. I got 12 squares from one sheet.
- Place puff pastry squares on a lightly floured surface and press gently with a rolling pin to flatten slightly.
- Place a heaping teaspoon of meat in the center of the squares and fold in whatever shapes you like.
- Use water to seal the sides.
- Place the filled pastrys on the baking tray.
- Brush top with egg wash, and bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
** Frozen puff pastry should thaw overnight in the refrigerator or keep it outside for at-least 2 hours before using.
** If using diced beef , Cook the beef with pepper and salt and grind them in a blender (mixer grinder).

Set A:
1 kilo ground beef (with at least 20% fat)
4 tablespoons fish sauce

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
Set B:
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg, beaten
½ cup evaporated milk
Set C (Optional):

Mayonnaise
