HOW TO MAKE THE BEST UGANDAN PEANUT / GROUNDNUT SAUCE / EBINYEBWA .
I want to say this is my simple way if making super tasty peanut sauce/binyebwa. REMEMBER TO SUBSCRIBE AND HIT THE NOTIFICATION BUTTON FOR WEEKLY UPDATES
1. Boil the tomatoes and other vegetables before adding the groundnut paste, this helps them cook evenly and keep the whole sauce thick, and colorful as opposed to adding them later.
2. On low heat I let them cook and keep.stirring so they don't burn and stick to the pan bottom.
3. Midway into that I add other fresh vegetables (onions, garlic, carrots, capscum) so they don't really cook too much.
When the groundnuts are ready they produce oils and now you can remove heat and serve with any prepared food.????
Simple Right? But takes patience or else if you rush the sauce, you may serve it unready
