2 organic chicken breasts
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp complete seasoning

Easy Grilled Chicken salad
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-For Dressing:
Olive oil 1/4cup
Mayonnaise 2-1/2 tbs
Yogurt 2tbs
Garlic cloves 3 finely chopped
Dijon mustard 1/2tbs
Worcestershire sauce 1/2tsp
Vinegar 1tbs
Lemon juice 1tbs
Black pepper powder 2pinches
Salt 2pinches
-For Chicken marination:
Chicken fillet 1
Vinegar 1tbs
Garlic cloves 3-4 finely chopped
Salt 1/4tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4tsp
Dried oregano 1/2tsp
Dried thyme 1/2tsp
Olive oil 1/2tbs
Lettuce leaves as required
Corn boiled 1/2cup
Tomatoes 2 cubed
Directions:
For Dressing:
-In a bowl,add olive oil,mayonnaise,yogurt,garlic (finely chopped),Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce,vinegar,lemon juice,black pepper powder and salt,whisk it well.
-Pour this dressing in a dressing bottle, shake well and refrigerate for 15 mins.
For Chicken marination:
-Marinate chicken fillet with vinegar, garlic (finely chopped),salt,black pepper powder,dried oregano and dried thyme,mix well.
-Grill it and cook each side for 5-6 mins or until done.
-In a bowl,add lettuce leaves,corn bolied and tomatoes,drizzle prepared dressing,mix it well.
-Cut the chicken fillet.
-Take a serving plate, add dressing and chicken pieces and serve.

Dried thyme 1/2tsp
Olive oil 1/2tbs
Lettuce leaves as required
Corn boiled 1/2cup

Directions:
For Dressing:
-Bowl mein olive oil,mayonnaise,dahi,lehsan (finely chopped),Dijon mustard,Worcestershire sauce,sirka,lemon juice,kali mirch powder aur namak dal ker whisk kerlein.
-Ab is dressing ko dressing bottle mein dal ker ache tarhan shake karein aur 15mins kliya fridge mein rakh dein.
For Chicken marination:
-Chicken fillet ko sirka,lehsan (finely chopped),namak,kali mirch podwer,dried oregano aur dried thyme sal ker marinate ker lein aur ache tarhan mix kerlein.
-Grill kerlein,aur 5-6mins kliya paka lein dono sides sa.
-Bowl mein lettuce leaves,corn boiled aur tamatar dalein,ab is k upper dessing shamil karein aur mix kerlein.
- Chicken fillet ko cut kerlein.
-Serving plate per salad aur chicken pieces rakh ker serve karein.

Garlic Butter Chicken Salad W/ Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast
2-3 Romaine Lettuce Hearts (washed and chopped)
1 Cucumber (sliced)
1 Avocado (cubed)
1/4 Red Onion (finely sliced)
1/2 Tomato (diced)
1/8 Cup Sunflower Seed Kernels
1/4 Cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 Cup Chopped Cilantro
1 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Lemon Vinaigrette:
1 Small Garlic Clove (minced)
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Honey
1/2 Lemon Juiced
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
*In a small bowl combine all lemon vinaigrette ingredients and whisk until combined. Adjust the seasoning to your taste and set aside.
*Build the salad in a large bowl with romaine lettuce on the bottom topped with cucumber, tomato, red onion, avocado, sunflower seeds, and dried cranberries. Dress the salad with the lemon vinaigrette and toss. Season with a little more salt and pepper if needed.
*For the chicken, start by butterflying the chicken breast and pounding it till it’s 1/4 inch thin. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.
*In a pan on medium heat, add some olive oil and sear the chicken for about 3 minutes a side. Cook the chicken until it’s 165 degrees Fahrenheit internally then remove from the pan and set aside.
*Next reduce the heat to low, add butter and garlic to the pan. Sauté till fragrant for about 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken back for 30 seconds to cover in the garlic butter then add chopped cilantro.
*Slice the chicken into strips and place on top of the salad. Optionally garnish with cilantro.
