How To make Grilled Lobster with Herb Salad
2 Spiny lobsters, 1 1/2 pounds each
raw and live
2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil :
plus 4 T
1/2 Cup fennel fronds
1/2 Cup basil leaves, washed and spun dry
1/2 Cup mint leaves, washed :
and spun dry
1/2 Cup scallions julienned
1/2 Cup Italian parsley leaves, washed :
and spun dry
1/2 Cup chives, cut into -- 4" batons
1/2 Cup chervil leaves
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Preheat grill.
Split lobsters lengthwise, brush each with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil and place cut-side down on grill. Lobster should cook in 7 to 10 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, toss all herbs in a mixing bowl with 4 tablespoons olive oil, lemon juice and zest and season with salt and pepper. Toss to dress and arrange on platter. Remove cooked lobster from grill and arrange on plate, next to herb salad.

Hey guys in today's recipe I'll be showing you guys how to make grilled lobster tail. Because you guys enjoyed the Super Easy Baked Lobster Tail in the oven Recipe I uploaded last month I figured why not showing you guys a different way to make lobster tail with clarified garlic butter sauce. This super easy grilled lobster tail recipe is delicious. I know a lot of you are grilling for the month of July so stay tuned for more grilling recipes.
INGREDIENTS
2 lobster tail
12--15 large shrimp
2 stick unsalted butter
1 lime/lemon
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp slap ya mama Cajun seasoning
1 tsp old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt to taste

Grilled Lobster Tail | Simple Seafood | Safeway
Enjoy lobster tail for dinner and lunch! With any leftovers you may have, chop into ½ inch pieces and combine with mayonnaise, celery and scallion. Season with black pepper and you will have a scrumptious spread for bread or crackers!
INGREDIENTS
4-4 ounce lobster tails
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbs finely chopped parsley
2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat grill to medium heat, 375º to 425º. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Split lobster tails in half lengthwise. Place on grill, shell side down. Brush with olive oil mixture. Continue to grill lobster until internal temperature of 135º is reached, about 9-12 minutes, basting with olive oil mixture 1-2 more times. Remove and serve.
