How To make Cherry Tomato and Grilled Onion Salad
1 lg Onion, thinly sliced
1 tb Vegetable Oil
1 pt Red Cherry Tomatoes, stemmed
And halved 1 pt Yellow Cherry Tomatoes,
Stemmed and halved
DRESSING:
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/3 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Wine Vinegar
1 tb Basalmic Vinegar
2 tb Italian Parsley, chopped
Salt Ground Pepper Brown onion in vegetable oil in a large skillet. Toss with cherry tomatoes and dressing ingredients. Serve. Best Summer Tomato Salad
Fresh tomato salad is simply the best summer salad you’ll ever make! This salad is ideal to be served with anything from the grill!
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4 servings
Ingredients
▢2 pints fresh cherry tomatoes (halved)
▢1 red onion (thin sliced)
▢1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (good quality)
▢3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
▢2 tablespoon fresh basil (chopped fine) or use fresh mint or fresh coriander leaves
▢Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Place chopped tomatoes, sliced red onions in a salad mixing bowl.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
3. Season with crushed peppers and salt to taste.
4. Sprinkle fresh chopped basil leaves.
5. Gently toss everything together.
6. Let the salad sit at room temperature for about an hour before serving.
7. Serve the salad with your favorite grilled meat.

SALAD INGREDIENTS:
►1 lb Roma tomatoes
►1 English cucumber
►½ medium red onion, sliced
►2 avocados, diced
►2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or sunflower oil
►Juice of 1 medium lemon (about 2 Tbsp)
►¼ cup (1/2 bunch) cilantro, chopped
►1 tsp sea salt or ¾ tsp table salt
►⅛ tsp black pepper
