⬇️⬇️ RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 2 to 3 pounds boneless chicken breast or thighs, use skinless or skin-on chicken
• Zest of 1 lemon, peeled or finely grated
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed with the side of a large knife or minced
• 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, from 1 to 2 lemons
• 2 tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
• 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, depending on how spicy you like things
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
• Fresh herbs and lemon wedges, optional, for serving

Garlic Grilled chicken, Greek Style!
Simple to make, garlic grilled chicken recipe. This one is Greek style with lemon, herbs and garlic served with a yogurt dip. If you have time, marinade it overnight, otherwise 2 hours is fine. A perfect recipe for entertaining whether inside or outside for a tasty BBQ. If inside, make sure you heat up that griddle pan so you get plenty of smoky char flavour. For the dip, you can leave out the cayenne pepper if you don’t like spicy but it’s awesome spicy! Use a good quality full fat Greek natural yogurt and fresh dill for that beautiful flavour. Serve it with potato wedges and a Greek salad, see my recipes. Pita bread also goes well. Enjoy my Garlic Grilled chicken Greek Style!

Chicken breast marinated with herbs and grilled. Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe.
GRILLED CHICKEN - (Serves - 4)
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
1½ tablespoons chopped garlic
2 teaspoon red chilli flakes
1½ tablespoons red chilli paste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon oil
Mashed potato for serving
Mixed micro greens as required
Yogurt-mint dressing for drizzling
Edible flowers for garnishing
Method
1. Mix together chicken breasts, salt, crushed peppercorns, garlic, chilli flakes, red chilli paste and lemon juice in a bowl and set aside to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan. Place the marinated chicken breasts and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
3. Place grilled chicken on one side of a serving platter. Put a quenelle of mashed potato, place some micro greens and drizzle some yogurt-mint dressing.
4. Serve hot garnished with edible flowers.

2 bulbs garlic, chopped
****Chicken Marinade****
1 cup banana ketchup
1 cup dark soy sauce
3 tbsp sugar
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup oil
1 cup Sprite soda
****Basting Sauce****
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup banana ketchup

1 tsp fish sauce
****Dipping Sauce****
3 small green peppers, sliced

Oven Baked BBQ Chicken
3-4 boneless chicken breast
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika
A splash of seasoning salt of your choice
1 cup of BBQ sauce of your choice
Make sure to rinse off your chicken. Then place them on a baking sheet lined with foil. I like to spray the pan with coconut oil or any oil of hour choice. Now, season the chicken with the granulated garlic, seasoning salt, paprika, and bbq sauce on both sides of the chicken. Place them in the oven on 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 21 minutes or until they have reached the internal temperature of 165 degrees. Once they are cooked, take them out and brush on some more bbq sauce on the tops with the left over bbq sauce from the 1 cup. Place back in the oven on high Broil for 5-10 minutes depending on how crispy you want the tops and edges of the chicken. When that broil is finished, take them out and add more bbq sauce to the tops of them if you want and enjoy!!
