4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
2 slices bacon, chopped
6 oz brown (baby bella) mushrooms thinly sliced
1/2 small onion (1/3 cup), finely chopped
1.5 tsp sea salt, or to taste, divided
1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley, plus more to garnish
1 pork tenderloin (1 1/2 lb), silver skin removed

Today I am testing stuffed pork loin and I cooked it 3 different styles to find out the best way to grill pork loin. I also used pork sausages and man was it good. Hope you enjoy this video.
HOW TO GRILL STUFFED PORK LOIN
- First Sear Pork Loin
- I grilled it @ (375°F / 190°C) to internal temp of 145°F/63°C
- Let it rest for 3 minutes and enjoy!

ricotta cheese 100g
spinach 40g
swiss mushrooms 100g
bacon 3 strips
garlic 4 cloves
ginger 1cm
