Glühwein selbst gemacht schmeckt doch einfach um Längen besser. Hier ist mein Lieblingsrezept.
Glühweinrezept für 2 Tassen:
- 400 ml Rotwein (z.B. Cabernet Sauvignon oder Merlot)
- 100 ml Apfelsaft
- ein paar Orangenscheiben
- 4 Nelken
- 4 Kardamom
- 1 Stange Vanille
- etwas Ingwer
- 2 Sternanis
- 1 Stange Zimt
- Zucker nach Geschmack

Glühwein selber machen | In 4 einfachen Schritten
Vermisst ihr auch den Gang über den Weihnachtsmarkt mit einer schönen heißen Tasse Glühwein in der Hand? Wir erklären euch in diesem Video, wie ihr euch in 4 einfachen Schritten Glühwein zu Hause selber machen könnt, um euch so einen Teil des schönen Gefühls wiederzugeben.
Dazu haben wir wir uns ein sehr gutes, fein austariertes Glühweingewürz mit (beinahe) klassischer Rezeptur vom Bremer Gewürzhandel besorgt, der für seine hohen Qualitäten bekannt ist.
Das Gewürz wird den Weinen jeweils im Stoffbeutel in gleicher Menge zugegeben, auch einige Orangenschalen dürfen noch in die beiden Töpfe. Die erhitzen wir nun auf etwa 80 ° C und lassen das Ganze zwei Stunden lang ziehen.
Während der Wartezeit probieren wir gemeinsam den ein oder anderen Wein (aber davon an anderer Stelle mehr…).
Schließlich ist es soweit. Wir erhitzen unseren Glühwein erneut – ohne ihn zum Kochen zu bringen. Wenn Ihr wissen möchtet, wie unser Glühwein Test ausgefallen ist, schaut Euch unser Video an.

Glühwein Recipe | German Mulled Wine
Learn how to make German mulled wine. A festive beverage, typically made with various mulling spices, sugar and red wine. Perfect beverage for the winter Holidays.
Full Recipe:
Ingredients:
200g (1 metric cup) of white granulated sugar
200 ml (3/4 metric cup) of cold water
1 vanilla bean (without the seeds) or 1 tbsp of pure vanilla extract
the peel of 1 orange
a few orange slices
750 ml (1 bottle) of red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot
For the spice mix:
3 sticks of cinnamon
9 anise stars
9 green cardamom pods (crushed)
6 cloves
9 black peppercorns
9 allspice pods
1/4 tsp of freshly ground nutmeg powder (Optional)
For decoration:
1 orange
This recipe will serve 2-4 people.
Instructions:
Wash and dry the oranges.
Leave one for decoration purposes.
Peel the other one using a vegetable peeler (remove the zesty part of the skin) then cut it into slices.
Cut the vanilla bean in half along side and carefully remove the seeds (use the seeds for baking).
In a saucepan combine sugar and water. Add the vanilla pod and orange peels. Bring it to a boil, then simmer on medium high for 5 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the syrup and let it simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Cut the orange reserved to decoration in 1 cm (1/2 inch) slices.
Using a ladle, pour the mulled wine directly into the glasses.
Decorate each glass with a slice of orange.
Serve it warm, reheat the wine if necessary.
Note:
The mulled wine could be made in advance and warmed up before serving.

Ingredients:
1 bottle Dry red wine
1 orange, sliced
1-2 Cinnamon sticks
2 Star anise
1 teaspoon Cardamom
1-2 tablespoons Honey/maple syrup/sugar (optional)
1/4 cup (60ml) Brandy/rum (optional)
Directions:
1. In a medium saucepan combine red wine, sliced oranges, cinnamon stick, star anise, whole cloves, sweetener and brandy.
2. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer (Avoid boiling, otherwise the alcohol will evaporate). Reduce to low heat and cook for 10-15 minutes.
3. Pour into glasses and serve hot or warm.
Notes:
• To make the drink stronger or lighter you can add more or less alcohol (brandy/rum/whisky).
• To add more flavor you can add chopped apple, fresh or frozen cranberries, blueberries or any fruit that you like.
Glühwein selber machen // schnell & einfach
Glühwein ohne Fertigmischung. ???? Wenn es draußen eisig-kalt ist, gibt es nichts schöneres als einen wärmenden Glühwein, der nach Weihnachten schmeckt. Deshalb gibt es heute mein liebstes Glühweinrezept - schnell und einfach selbst gemacht. ► Sternanis*:
► Teeglas durchsichtig & hitzebeständig*:

ZUTATEN für 1,5 Liter:
1 Zimtstange
6 Gewürznelken
½ TL Muskatnuss
2 ganze Sternanis
1,5L Rotwein
2 Bio-Orangen
1 Bio-Zitrone
200g Zucker
VORBEREITUNG:
► Orangen und Zitrone schälen und den Saft auspressen (Schalen nicht wegwerfen!)
► Muskatnuss ca. 10 Mal fein reiben
► Zimtstange durchbrechen
ZUBEREITUNG:
1. Zucker, Zitrusschalen, Zitrussaft, Zimtstange, Nelken, Muskatnuss, Sternanis in einen Topf geben
2. auf mittlerer Hitze kochen bis ein dickflüssiger Sirup entsteht
3. den Rotwein in den Topf gießen und 5 Minuten auf kleiner Flamme ziehen lassen, aber nicht kochen
