Let it rest while you hear up the waffle iron. Pour a few spoons of the batter on your waffle iron and cook until golden brown. It will depend on your waffle iron how long this takes- I used this tiny waffle iron and it took approximately 8 minutes. I did not use any oil on the waffle iron and it worked perfectly! Remove the waffle and repeat until the process for the remaining batter. The waffles are best served warm and crispy with a side salad and topped with Sriracha and a bit of tahini-lemon sauce. Enjoy ☺️????️ PS: use the veggies you like. I also like the waffles with shredded zucchini, grated carrots and fire roasted corn or spinach and mushrooms.
