• 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1️⃣ 00:59 - In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add in the water, mixing with a spoon or your hands until combined. It will be sticky.
2️⃣ 02:08 - Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of oil over the dough to keep it from drying out. Cover and let rest 2 hours. This is not a risen dough so the dough will not rise, but it does need to rest.
3️⃣ 02:57 - Pull off golf ball sized pieces of dough and stretch or roll out until very thin, without ripping it. The thinner the better.
4️⃣ 02:41 - Pour enough vegetable oil into a pot to cover it with 2 inches of oil. Heat to 350 degrees F.
5️⃣ 03:23 - Working one at a time, fry the dough in the hot oil until golden brown, flipping halfway through. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking powder 2 tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) lukewarm ½ Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,caster sugar,salt,baking powder and mix well.
-Add oil and mix.
-Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
-Add oil and knead dough again.
-Take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour and rolled out with the help of rolling pin.
-Prick with fork (makes 6-8).
-In frying pan,add heat cooking oil and fry dough from both sides until golden brown.

-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 1 hour kliya rakh dein.
-Oil dal ker dubara ghond lein.
-Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Fork ki madad sa prick ker lein (makes 6-8).
-Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur dough ko dono sides sa golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.

Ok So you will alll need one large bowl
about 5 LBS flour
1 seaping tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of salt
1 seaping tablespoon sugar
about a cup an a half to two cups warm water
Any kind of grease you like to use veg oil or LARD
AND THEN BAMM

1) Mix the dry ingredients: flour, yeast, sugar, salt
2) Add water and mix
3) Cover and let the dough rise for an hour
4) Grease the pan with olive oil
5) Degas dough by rolling the dough with a spatula
6) Sprinkle with flour and roll a few more times
7) Put the dough in the pan
8) Cover and let the dough rise for 30 minutes
9) Cover and cook over low heat (20-25 min)
10) Turn over and cook for another 5 minutes without the lid
