Hiltons Pacific Oysters
Hilton’s brand oysters have been a household name since 1946, and specialize in offering the highest quality Pacific oysters nationally. The sustainable oysters start out in one of our hatcheries in Quilcene, Washington or Kona, Hawaii and are grown in the pristine waters of the Northwest on one of our farms located in Washington, Oregon, or California.
To ensure the freshest oysters, they shuck their oysters within one day of harvest. Their oysters are still opened the old fashioned way – by hand, with leverage and a little finesse, in one of our HACCP approved and SQF certified plants in South Bend, Washington, Bay City, Oregon, or Eureka, California. After shucking, they thoroughly wash their oysters three times and then the experienced team sorts the oysters by size and quality. Their trained eyes select only the finest oysters to proudly bear the name Hilton’s.

INGREDIENTS:
16 oz Oysters
1 ½ cup of Flour
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cayenne Pepper (amounts listed in cooking instructions)
INSTRUCTIONS:
•Place 16oz Oysters in a mixing bowl season with:
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp Hot Sauce
*Mix well and gently
•Put 1 ½ cup of flour in a separate bowl that has a lid season the flour with
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
*Mix well
•Add one layer of oysters to the seasoned flour (make sure they are not touching) put the lid on and shake
•Repeat the process if you have more oysters. You do not have to worry about them sticking together once they are coated with flour
•In a 5 quart pot filled 1 quart full with oil have the temperature set to high
•Dust of the oysters and add them to the pot 6 – 10 at a time
•After a minute and half to two minutes they will be done. Set them on paper towel or a cooling rack. Once they are cool enough to handle serve and ENJOY!
