How To make Fresh Apple Walnut Cake
1 1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
2 c Flour
1/8 ts Ground cloves
1 1/4 ts Cinnamon
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1 ts Baking soda
3/4 ts Salt
1 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/4 c Walnuts; chopped
3 1/4 c Apples; peeled, grated
- about 5-6 apples; suggest - granny smith's 3 tb Applejack
-apple cider sauce- 1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 1/2 c Sugar
3/4 c Applejack
1 c Sweet cider; or apple juice
1/2 c Orange juice; fresh
1/2 c Evaporated milk
Using an electric mixer, beat oil and sugar in a large bowl until thick and opaque. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix together flour, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt, then stir in whole wheat flour. Add to oil and egg mixture and mix until well blended. Add walnuts, the grated apples, and applejack all at once and stir batter until well mixed. Pour batter into a 10-inch bundt cake pan which has been greased and floured. Bake in a preheated 325~ oven for 1 hour and 15 mintues, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out
clean. Let cake cool for 10 minutes and then unmold. Serve warm with Apple Cider Sauce. Apple Cider Sauce. Melt butter in a saucepan and stir in both sugars. Add remaining ingredietns, stir and bring to boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Serve warm over sliced cake, about 3 tablespoons per serving. From. Today I bring to you a delicious CINNAMON APPLE WALNUT CAKE. It's make in a regular curry pan. I'm not use any kind of oven. this cake is very tasteful, the ingredients I used flour, eggs, apple, walnut, cinnamon etc. its a very healthy cake, I believe you'll like it.
INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
2 EGGS
BEAT FOR 1 MIN.
½ CUP SUGAR
BEAT UNTIL FLUFFY
¼ CUP OIL
1 TSPN VANILLA ESSENCES
1 CUP FLOUR
1 TSPN BAKING POWDER
SIEVE
¼ CUP MILK
MIX WELL
GRATE 1 APPLE
MIX
GREASE OIL IN 6 INCH MOULD
PLACE A BAKING PAPER
POUR THE BATTER
GRATED APPLE
1 TBSP WALNUT
¼ TSPN CINNAMON POWDER
COOK FOR 35-40 MIN.

Here's the recipe:
Mom’s Apple Cake
6 apples, McIntosh or Fuji
1 tablespoon cinnamon
5 tablespoons sugar
2 3/4 cups flour, sifted
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
1 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a tube pan. Peel, core and chop apples into chunks. Toss with cinnamon and sugar and set aside.
Stir together flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together oil, orange juice, sugar and vanilla. Mix wet ingredients into the dry ones, then add eggs, one at a time. Scrape down the bowl to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
Pour half of batter into prepared pan. Spread half of apples over it. Pour the remaining batter over the apples and arrange the remaining apples on top. Add walnuts if desired.
Bake for about 1 1/2 hours, or until a tester comes out clean. Cool completely before running knife between cake and pan, and unmolding onto a platter.
