3 c Flour 2 c Sugar 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1 ts Baking soda 1 c Oil 2 tb Vanilla 2 Eggs, beaten 3 c Apples 1 c Pecans Peel apples. Chop apples and pecans. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and then push to the sides to form a hole in the center. Add liquid ingredients and mix in. The mixture will become thick and will need to be mixed with hands. Add apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. For best results bake in a bundt pan. Randy Rigg

1 box of spice cake mix 1 box of instant vanilla pudding 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla 4 eggs 1 cup water 1/2 cup Wesson oil 2 chopped apples 1 cup pecans
Preheat oven 350*
Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, water, oil and vanilla to the dry ingredients. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in apples and nuts.
Bake for 45-50 minutes in a Bundt pan ( or 2 loaf pans)
Sprinkle top with powdered sugar once cAke is cooled.
