How To make Freezer Mix Pizza
CRUST:
2 1/2 c Biscuit; baking mix
1 pk Active dry yeast
2/3 c Water; hot
MEAT MIXTURE:
1 pk Beef-Tomato Freezer Mix
1/4 c Water
1 t Italian seasoning
1 ds Red pepper sauce
TOPPING:
2 c Cheddar cheese; shredded
2 c Mozaarella cheese; shredded
1 c Parmesan cheese; grated
Heat oven to 425'. Mix baking mix and yeast; stir in water and beat vigorously. Turn dough onto well-floured surface; knead until smooth, about 20 times. Let dough rest a few minutes. While dough is resting, dip
container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen. In 2-quart saucepan, heat frozen mix and remaining ingredients to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is minutes. Spoon onto bottom halves of buns; top with remaining halves. Divide dough in half. Roll each half on ungreased baking sheet into rectangle, 13x10 inches, or on pizza pan into 12-inch circle. Pinch edges to make a slight rim. Spread Meat Mixture almost to edges. Top with green pepper and cheeses. Bake until crust is brown and filling is hot and bubbly, 15 to 20 minutes. Cut into squares or wedges.

Ingredrients:
□Free Fermented dough (poolish):
□ Warm water 300 ml or grams
□Type 00 flour 300 grams or 2 1/4 cups (you can use all purpose flour.
□Instant dry yeast 5 grams or 1/2 tbsp
□ honey 5 grams 1/2 tbsp or (sugar)
□Main Dough:
□Type 00 flour 1,250 grams ( 9 2/3 cup)
□warm water 700 ml
□salt 40 grams 2 tbsp
□ Free fermented dough
Note: if you are using cups measurement use tbsp to measure you flour. put flour on your measuring cup using tbsp then level it. to avaoid adding too much flour.
□Homenade pizza sauce:
□Tomato paste 1 can (6 oz)
□ water 3/4 cup
□ onion powder 1 tsp
□ dried basil 1 tsp
□ garlic powder 1/2 tsp
□oregano 1/2 tsp
□ salt
□grated cheese
*In a saucepan put all of the ingredients except cheese. whisk to combined.
*Heat on low medium heat continue stirring until it bubbly.
* Turn of the heat at pur the cheese whisk until cheese melt.
*Let it cool
Toppings:
*You can use whatever toppings you like.
*Mozarella cheese
*Olive oil
Oven temperature: maximum heat. (250°c) Or 500 F°
Baking time: bake the pizza dough first for 10 minutes or until the side of the dough is light golden brown. then put toppings at cheese and bake again until the cheese melt.

Ingredients:
-Flour 2cups
-Instant yeast 1 & ½ tsp
-Sugar 1 & ½ tsp
-Salt 1 tsp
-Milk ¼ cup (warm)
-Oil 4 tbs
-Water 5-6 tbs (warm)
-Oil and water as required for kneading process
Directions:
-In bowl add flour,instant yeast,sugar and salt,mix it.
-Make a well,add milk (warm) and oil,mix well.
-Add warm water and mix until all ingredients are combined.
-Grease working table with some oil and water and knead dough well until soft and smooth.
-Grease and leave dough for 1 hour in a warm place.
-Grease pizza tray with oil,spread the dough with the help of your fingertips.
-Make pizza of your choice.

-Jab sab mil kar ek ball ki tarah ban jaye to hatheli se naram goondh lein.
-Working table per tel aur pani halka sa laga lein aur maida ko goondh lein.
-Maida per halka sa tel laga ker 1 hour ke liye garam jaga pe rakh dein.
-Pizza tray ko grease ker k maida ki dough ko haathon ki madad sa phela lein.
-Apni marzi ka pizza bana lein.

You’ll need
200 ml warm milk
120 ml warm water
100 ml oil
2 tsp granulated sugar
10g instant yeast
3 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
For the sauce:
Tomato sauce
Thyme
Toppings:
Sausages
Pepperoni
2 long green peppers
Mozzarella cheese
Olives
1 cup = 240 ml
Here’s how
1. For the dough, place 200 ml warm milk, 120 ml warm water, 100 ml oil, 2 tsp sugar and 10g instant yeast in the large bowl. Mix together using a spoon.
2. Add half of the flour and 1 tsp salt, knead until the dough begins to form. Continue to knead, bringing in the rest of the flour. Keep kneading until you have a smooth, springy, soft dough.
3. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and then, with a kitchen towel and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 30 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, prepare your desired toppings.
5. Remove the plastic cover, punch the dough down and turn it out onto a work surface.
6. Knead for another minute so it deflates a bit. Flatten it with your hands and roll it out into a rough circle. Try not to roll too thick as it will keep rising until you put it in the oven.
7. With a round cutter, or a glass, cut the dough into rounds.
8. Lay the bases on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
9. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
10. Spoon on the tomato sauce and spread over the bases evenly using a brush.
11. Top with the shredded mozzarella cheese, and place your desired toppings on the pizzas.
12. Bake in the 180°C preheated oven about 20-25 minutes. Prepare the second tray the same way.
13. Mini pizzas are ready to be served!
14. Enjoy!
* This recipe will make 30 mini pizzas.
