SNICKERDOODLE LATTE:
To a small lidded glass jar, add
a pat of butter,
1/2 cup of milk,
1 tbs brown sugar and
up to 1 tsp of cinnamon to taste.
Put the lid on and shake for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Remove lid and microwave for 15 seconds at a time until desired latte milk temperature is reached. Pour the frothy milk over hot coffee prepared to your taste.
Weston’s PUMPKIN PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
To a blender add
a handful of ice
1/2 cup of almond milk
1 scoop of protein powder
Dash of pumpkin spice syrup
1/2 cup of cold brew coffee
A few dashes of pumpkin spice blend
A dash or two of paprika (non smoked)
Blend everything together adding more almond milk if needed for smooth consistency. Add to a large jar and top with whipped cream OR cinnamon sticks if you’re Weston.
Apple Pie Macchiato
For the syrup:
To a small saucepan add
1 cup of water
1 cup of brown sugar
Skins of 2 large apples (Granny Smith and honey crisp are my favorites for this)
Two cinnamon sticks
2 whole nutmeg cloves
1/2 tbs whole allspice cloves
Vanilla extract (bonus if you have a vanilla bean pod to throw in there too!)
Bring everything in the pot to a simmer and let it bubble and reduce until syrup is thicker. Strain the syrup (reserving ingredients to use for a stovetop pot of home made poppouri!)
This syrup can be saved in a jar in your fridge for up to 10 days (but I’m positive you’ll use it up sooner.. It’s soooooo good!)
For the iced macchiato- add ice to a clear glass and add apple spice syrup to taste. Top with cream and espresso shots (or really strongly brewed coffee) A little cinnamon on top and you’ve got yourself a yummy drink!

Spicy Coffee and Cream: The Perfect Fireside Treat
Spicy Coffee and Cream
Ingredients:
cinnamon sticks (2)
ground nutmeg
hot coffee brewed strong (1 cup)
ground cinnamon (1/4 teaspoon)
vanilla extract (1/8 teaspoon)
confectioners’ sugar (2 ¼ teaspoons)
evaporated milk (1/4 cup)
Add milk into a mixing bowl. Insert mixer beaters into it, cover the bowl up, and freeze it for a half-hour (or until formation of ice crystals develop).
Afterward, add the vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar, then beat the mixture until it is fluffy and thick. Pour approximately ½ cup into every mug. Add coffee to the mugs and sprinkle some nutmeg in. Spicy coffee and cream should be served immediately; if desired, the cinnamon sticks can be garnished.

About Pumpkin Spice Latte
Coffee and milk have been part of European cuisine since the 17th century.
Caffè e latte, Milchkaffee, café au lait and café con leche are domestic terms of traditional ways of drinking coffee, usually as part of breakfast in the home.
The Pumpkin Spice Latte version is a coffee drink made with a mix of traditional autumn spice flavors (cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove), steamed milk, espresso, and often sugar, topped with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice. The beverage is most commonly associated with Starbucks, which first offered the drink in 2003. The popular flavor has inspired a wide range of product variations that appear on a seasonal basis |

How To Handle Passive Aggressive Attacks #shorts #meghanmarkle #katemiddleton #practicalpsychology
How to handle passive aggressive attacks? Meghan Markle is a master manipulator and this includes passive aggression. Kate Middleton handled it well, which may be a large part of why Meghan is no longer a part of the royal family. Her tactics did not work. It is very helpful to learn from examples how to navigate different social situations.
