How To make Fettuccine with Smoked Salmon, Vodka and Dill
1/4 c Butter
1 1/2 c 35% Real Whipping Cream
2 tb Vodka, optional
8 oz Smoked salmon, diced
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
2 tb Fresh dill, chopped
3/4 lb Fettuccini noodles
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1. Melt butter gently in a large deep skillet. Add cream. Bring to a boil.
Add vodka. Reduce heat and cook on low 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened. 2. Add smoked salmon, salt, pepper and dill. Remove from heat.
3. cook fettuccine in a large pot of boiling salted water until tender.
4. Drain noodles well. Reheat sauce. Place drained noodles in the pan with
the hot sauce. Toss gently over low heat until sauce coats noodles and is thick and creamy. 5. Sprinkle with cheese if desired. Taste and adjust seasoning if
necessary

1 package (400g) of David Rocco Fusilli Pugliesi
1/2 jar (325ml) of David Rocco Pomodoro & Basilico sauce
12 slices cold smoked salmon or lox, cut into small pieces
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp vodka
1 cup 35% heavy cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano
4 handfuls of arugula
Salt, QB
Black pepper, QB
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta until just shy of al dente. While the pasta is cooking, in a large pan, melt butter and add vodka, heavy cream, black pepper, and David Rocco Pomodoro & Basilico sauce. Let it cook for a few minutes or until it slightly boils. Add pasta to sauce, stirring until pasta is coated with the sauce and the cream has reduced and thickened up. Turn off the heat and add grated Parmigiano Reggiano, smoked salmon, and arugula. Toss until mixed well and the sauce thickens and coats the pasta. Serve immediately.

Windsor, Ontario - Cooking for our family's traditional Sunday Dinner (oh, you can definitely hear them in the background), Pina puts together some Creamy Salmon Pasta.
How to make: Penne Pasta with smoked salmon and vodka Tutorial / Penne Dello Tzar
Ingredients:
! Box Penne Pasta
2 TBSP butter for sauce and extra butter for crostini
! Piece of Smoked Salmon Steak
1/2 Large white Onion
1 15 oz can of Organic Tomato Sauce
3/4 Cup Vodka
3/4 Cup Half and Half
Pepper to taste
Directions:
Melt Butter in warm pan and add thee onion
Cook onion until soft
take skin off the salmon and flake it with a fork
In the meantime in a large pot boil water and cook penne pasta according to box directions until just undercooked
Next, Add vodka to the pan, with the sauteed onions. step back and light pan on fire
Cook off Vodka and add tomato sauce and Half and Half
Cut baguette int o small pieces, add butter and broil in the oven
Next add the Salmon to the sauce and incorporate. Add the pasta to the sauce a little at a time to ensure all pasta is well coated
Add pasta to a serving platter
Add Caviar to crostini if you like and serve them on a platter along side the pasta and....ENJOY!!!
