Ingredients 1 pound fettuccine 1/2 cup butter 1 c light cream 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions: Cook fettuccine according to directions. Melt butter in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients and cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove when hot, but do not boil. Toss in noodles.

Easy Alfredo Pasta Recipe:
- 200g egg pasta ( 7 ounces ) - 600g water ( 2 1/2 cups) - 1/2 tsp salt - 60g parmigiano ( About 1/2 cup) - 30g of butter (2 tbsp)
I wanted to share with you the original authentic recipe, but feel free to add some finely crushed garlic, or any other spices you like! Makes 2 large portions ( or 3 smaller ones)
NEVER BUY JAR SAUCE AGAIN! This recipe is so easy and FAST: 1/2C (1stick) butter 1C heavy cream 1C fresh grated parm Minced garlic Black pepper
Sauté mixed garlic in melted butter over low heat 1-2 minutes. Whisk in heavy cream and black pepper to taste and heat over low. Stir in parm until melted (keep heat low, and stay with it! This scalds easily!) Toss with pasta cooked to al dente and serve with desired proteins and veggies. ????
