How To make F&S Stuffed Burgers
2 lb Ground round
2 ea Eggs
1 c Sweet pickle relish
3/4 c Onion, coarsely chopped
3 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 oz *bourbon
2 ea Garlic cloves minced
1/4 c *green Bell pepper chopped
1/2 c *bacon, cooked & crumbled
-salt & pepper to taste * items are optional Mix onion, relish, Worcestershire sauce, and any of the optional ingredients you wish to use, together. Be sure to get the eggs mixed in completely. Roll meat out and make 16 thin patties. Spoon the pre-made mixture upon the top of one patty. Place another patty on top. Press firmly to join them. Wipe up the mixture that runs out of the patty stack and spread over the top of the patty stack. Either broil in your oven until they are as you prefer them or on a barbecue grill as you see fit. Time again to continue our tour of this great United States of Burgers! In this state inspired burger recipe I am making my Michigan inspired burger. I have several friends who go deer hunting in Michigan and that's exactly what inspired this Michigan Venison Burger. It is always fun to completely ditch beef and try to make an awesome burger. Go ahead and give this one a shot I know you will love this one.
Total Time: 20 Minutes
Makes: 4-6 Burgers
1 lbs. Ground Venison
2 Tbsp. Heavy Cream
2 Garlic Cloves, Diced
1 Tbsp. Green Onion, Diced
1/2 Tbsp. Parsley
Salt
Pepper
Blue Cheese Crumble
Chopped Walnuts
Dried Cherries
Endive
Dijon Mustard

Juicy Lucy Cheese Burger Recipe
The famous Juicy Lucy Cheeseburger you can make at home! An easy cheese stuffed hamburger you can grill or cook in the skillet for the perfect casual dinner.
----------------------------------FULL RECIPE BELOW---------------------------------------------------
Ingredients
▢2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
▢2 tablespoons burger seasoning
▢12 slices sharp American cheese cut into 1/2 inch pieces
▢6 hamburger buns
▢Lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, if desired
Instructions
Divide the ground beef into 12 equal pieces and shape into patties. (Three smaller patties and three larger patties.)
Arrange the larger patties on a baking sheet or tray and divide the cheese evenly among the patties placing directly in the center of the burger.
Place the smaller patties on top and fold the edges of the bottom patty up over the sides pinching to seal the edges.
Grill the burgers (or pan fry) bottom side down for 5 minutes and then flip the burgers over.
Using a skewer, poke a hole in the top of each burger. This allows the steam to escape and keeps the cheese from busting out of the seams.
Continue cooking the burgers for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the desired degree of doneness.
Allow the burgers to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving so you don’t burn yourself on the molten cheese!
Serve on buns with your favorite burger toppings.
