How to make Eggnog Blondie Cheesecake Truffles #shorts | Tiff's Patisserie
A Fun twist to the classic cake truffle but instead of cake we're using blondies! Eggnog flavoured blondies that is! This simple yet bold truffle features an eggnog blondie that's wrapped around a cream cheese filling
and dipped in white chocolate and then topped with some nutmeg sugar. These truffles are perfect for your next holiday party and they are also great for gifting as well!
**TIP: For best results, freeze your cream cheese filling once shaping it out into rounds. That way when it comes time to wrap the blondie around the filling its much easier to handle and the filling doesn't end up
melting and wind up mixed up with the blondie instead of its own separate filling! I find that even when you take it straight out of the fridge it's still too soft so that's why it's best to freeze them before shaping the truffles.**

Super Easy Homemade Eggnog
Yes you need egg yolks to make eggnog. In my opinion this is so easy to make that I think more people should be making their own eggnog instead of buying it. The Holidays can make everyone a little crazy, but it's easier to relax when you're sitting with a nice chilled glass of homemade eggnog.
