1-2 teaspoons bacon grease (okay probably more like tablespoons?) 1 slice bread 1 egg salt and ground black pepper to taste
Make up a bunch of bacon so you have your grease. I put it in a ramekin so I could just eyeball how much to use. Put the bacon grease in a non-stick pan over medium-ish heat. Cut a two inch hole from the center of the bread slice (use a biscuit cutter); lay in the hot skillet. Crack the egg into the hole; season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook until the egg is cooked and mostly firm. Flip and cook another minute until done. Grub. DELICIOUS :)
