How To make Easy Dried Tomato Beer Bread
-Waldine Van Geffen VGHC42A 2 oz Dried tomatoes; soft, chop
1/4 c Tomato sauce
1 Egg
12 oz Beer; room temperature
1/4 c Sugar
3 1/2 c Self-rising flour
Preheat the oven to 350~. Mix sugar with flour. Add beer, egg and tomato sauce and mix all together quickly. Fold in the tomatoes. Spoon batter into a greased loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes. This bread rises beautifully and has a very unusual flavor. It tastes good with soup or salad and can be toasted with butter. (wrv)

Betty's Sun Dried Tomato and Cheese Crostini
Betty demonstrates how to make Sun Dried Tomato and Cheese Crostini. This recipe was adapted from a recipe sent to me by a viewer, Krissy. It consists of French bread cut into slices and topped with a mixture of cream cheese and chives, along with sun dried tomatoes, parmesan cheese and Italian herbs. It is then baked until toasted and bubbly. Thanks, Krissy, for the great recipe!
Sun Dried Tomato and Cheese Crostini
French bread, sliced in 1/2-inch slices
4 ounces cream cheese and chives
¼ cup diced sun dried tomatoes
olive oil spray
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Italian herbs, to taste
In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese and chives and sun dried tomatoes. Spread on French bread slices. Place slices in a single layer in a baking pan that has been sprayed with olive oil spray. Sprinkle each crostini with grated Parmesan cheese. Grind Italian herbs over the top, if desired. Bake at 375 degrees (F) for 10 minutes, or until crostinis are toasted and bubbly. Remove from oven and place on serving plate. Serve while still warm. Enjoy! --Betty

How to make No-knead Rosemary Asiago & sun-dried Tomato Artisan bread. Most crispy awesome bread!

I have been baking this no-knead bread for almost every other day! It is so easy and tasty. This is one of those recipes that takes you no effort but makes you the star of any occasions. I wrote down few variations for you below. Hope those recipes will be your favorite go-to recipes as well.
Ingredients:
Rosemary Asiago & Sun-dried Tomato Artisan bread
3 cups of All Purpose flour or Bread flour (It makes no difference either way)
1/2 teaspoon of Dry Active Yeast
3/4 teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 1/2 cups of Warm Water
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Rosemary (chopped finely)
3/4 cup of Asiago Cheese (small cubes or shredded) *you can substitute to Pecorino Romano, Fontina or Parmigiano
1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomato (chopped finely) *you can omit it
Artisan Country Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups of AP flour or Bread flour
1/2 teaspoon of Active Dry Yeast
1 1/2 teaspoons of Sea Salt
1 1/2 cups Warm Water
Kalamata olive and Rosemary Artisan Bread
Ingredients:
3 cups AP flour or Bread flour
1/2 teaspoon of Active Dry Yeast
1 teaspoon of Sea Salt
1 1/2 cups Warm Water
1 Tablespoon of Fresh Rosemary (chopped finely)
1/2 cup of Kalamata olives (rough chop)

Beer muffins with generous butter allowance, Parmesan mixed into the batter and stuffed with fresh mozzarella and basil. Thirty minutes total. Pure enjoyment. Full recipe
Homemade Tomato Basil Bread
With a breadmaker add these ingredients in this order:
1) 1.5 Cups of lukewarm water
2) 3 Tablespoons of room temperature unsalted butter cut into 1/2 pieces.
3) 3 Tablespoons of Sugar or Honey
4) 1.5 Teaspoons of Salt (we skipped this step as the seasoning will have enough salt)
5) 3.5 Cups of Bread flour
6) 1 Full shaker of [Sun-dried Tomato Basil Wing Shake](
7) 1/4 Cup of Nonfat Dry Milk
8) 2 Teaspoons Yeast, active dry, instant or bread machine
We selected the long cycle for this and it took about 4 hours for the bread to be done. We were not planning on doing a video or a post on this but it was just too good not to share!
