How To make Drop Donuts
1/4 c Butter; Softened
1 c Sugar
2 Egg Yolks; Large, Beaten
1 Egg; Large, Whole, Beaten
4 c Flour; Unbleached
2 ts Baking Powder
1/4 ts Nutmeg
1/2 ts Baking Soda
3/4 c Butter OR Sour Milk
Confectioners' Sugar Orig- Servings: 10 Cream the butter and sugar. Stir in egg yolks and whole egg; blend. In a separate bowl, sift all dry ingredients except the confectioners' sugar; add to creamed mixture, alternating with buttermilk. Stir to mix all ingredients. Cook by dropping spoonsfuls of dough into 375 degree F deep fat. Fry a few at a time, to keep fat temperature constant. Turn to brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

Easy No Yeast Donuts recipe :
- 140g Self Rising Flour ( 1 cup )
- 190g Any Plain Yogurt ( 6.5 ounces + 1/2 tbsp )
SUBSTITUTES:
**Yogurt can be substituted for milk BUT add only 112 grams of Milk ( 1/2 cup )
**Self rising flour can be made TWO ways:
- 140 grams of plain flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder ( 1 cup + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder)
- 140 grams of plain flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda ( 1 cup + 1/2 tsp baking soda)
Glaze for Donuts :
- 250 gr Powdered Sugar ( 2 cups)
- 75 gr Butter ( 2/3 Stick )
- 3-4 tbsp Milk depending how thin you like your glaze
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Cocoa Powder or Melted Chocolate

Delicious food from my kitchen to yours????. Today’s a trip to Cameroon with the notorious “Beignets soufflés”. It is one of the most delicate Cameroonian snacks to make, a big tricky at time to get right but here is my recipe????
???? beignets recipe / How to make “ Beignets soufflés” Cameroon/
Ingredients:
150g sugar
5 eggs
500g flour
100g butter
150ml milk
8g baking powder
10g vanilla sugar
6g salt
1 lime zest
1 litre vegetable oil
Advice:
????????There is no need for resting time, as soon as the dough has been made, please heat the oil and fry them on medium heat
????????The beignets( doughnuts) should be cook at medium heat for 10min until golden.
????????The heat should not be neither too high or too low but in between. If too hot the doughnut will turn golden quickly on the outside but will be raw in the middle and if too low they will absorb oil.
????????The beignets during cooking will crack open this is normal and will allow it to cook thoroughly in the middle.

????comment faire des Beignets soufflés du Cameroun
Ingrédients:

1 litre d'huile végétale
Astuce:
????????Vous n’avez pas besoin de temps de repos, dès que la pâte est faite, veuillez chauffer l'huile et la faire frire.
????????Les beignets doivent être cuits à feu moyen pendant 10 minutes jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés.
????????La chaleur ne doit pas être ni trop élevée ni trop basse, mais entre les deux. S'il est trop chaud, le beignet deviendra rapidement doré à l'extérieur mais sera cru au milieu et s'il est trop bas, il absorbera l'huile.
????????Les beignets pendant la cuisson se fissureront, c'est normal et lui permettront de bien cuire au milieu.
