How To make Dijon Flank Steak
1 1/2 lb Flank steak
4 oz Dijon mustard
Fresh ground pepper
Rub flank steak with Dijon mustard. Marinate 6 to 8 hours in the refrigerator.
Coat both sides of steak with fresh ground black pepper.
Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired degree of doneness.

Mustard Molasses Flank Steak
Recipe:
Serves 4
1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 Beef broth
2 Tablespoons molasses
2 Tablespoons whole grain Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon each salt and pepper
1 Pound flank steak
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in Ziploc bag, add steak, seal and refrigerate for 30 minutes to over night.
2. Preheat grill. Remove steak from bag reserving marinate. Place steak on hot grill for 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from oven and loosely cover with foil.
3. Place reserved marinate in saucepan and bring to a boil, cook until reduced to 1/3 cup (about 6 minutes). Cut steak diagonally about 1/s inch think against the grain. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
Wine Suggestion: Cabernet Sauvignon or Merlot
