How To make Coriander Flank Steak
2 tb Lemon juice, fresh
2 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Olive oil
2 tb Coriander, ground
2 lg Garlic cloves
1 1/2 lb Flank steak
2 tb Cilantro, fresh and chopped
Fresh cilantro sprigs Combine first five ingredients in baking dish. Add steak and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Prepare barbecue. Season steak generously with pepper. Grill until cooked to desired tenderness, basting occassionally, about 5 minutes per side. Slice, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, garnish with cilantro sprigs, and serve.

Grilled Flank Steak Tacos with a Cilantro Chimichurri Sauce Recipe
A awesome grilled steak tacos with a fresh homemade cilantro chimichurri sauce. Enjoy!
Marinade:
Juice of 1 orange
Juice of 2 limes
2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup olive oil
4-5 chopped garlic cloves
1/2 sliced onion
1 C chopped cilantro (stems ok)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
Cilantro Chimichurri:
1 bunch Cilantro )
1 bunch Italian Parsley-
1/4 C fresh lime juice (1-2 limes)
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
ground cumin 2 tsp
ground coriander 2 tsp
salt to taste
Red Chili pepper like Thai chili

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch (75g) flat leaf parsley , roughly chopped
1 bunch (75g) coriander
1/4 (17g) bunch oregano
1 small red onion, roughly diced
4 - 5 garlic cloves, sliced
1 chilli pepper, sliced
3-4tbsp red wine vinegar
2 limes, zest & juice
1tsp salt, or to taste
1/2tsp pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
250ml olive oil
Place the onion, garlic and chilli into a food processor and blitz until finally chopped.
Add the parsley, coriander, oregano, zest & juice of 2 limes, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil.
Pulse everything together in the food process until everything is finally chopped. Be careful to not over process this sauce to a puree. You want it to have some texture.
Use your chimichurri as a sauce or marinade! What ever suits you!
Cilantro Lime Marinated Flank Steak | NoFearKitchen
Hello everyone today we have some cilantro lime marinated flank steak, I used the following.
1 bunch of cilantro.
The juice of 4 limes.
The Zest of 1 lime.
10/12 cloves of garlic.
1 cup of soy sauce.
1/2 cup of olive oil.
1-2 table spoons of worcestershire sauce.
1-2 tables spoons of cumin.
Fresh ground pepper and sea salt.
Marinated for 4 hours you can also leave it in the fridge over night and grilled it on my charcoal grill about 6 minutes on each side, if you like your meat more well done, I sudgest grilling for about 8-9 minutes on each side.
