How To make Deviled Tomatoes
4 Firm tomatoes
2 tb Butter
1 sm Garlic clove, crushed
1/2 c Fresh white bread crumbs
1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Dry mustard
1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste Fresh parsley sprigs Preheat oven to 350'F. (175'C.). Grease a 9" square baking pan. Cut 1/3 slice off top of each tomato. Reserve tops for 'lids'. Remove seeds from each tomato. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add garlic, bread crumbs and chopped parsley; mix well. Remove from heat. Add cayenne pepper, paprika, mustard, cheese and salt; mix well. Spoon into tomatoes and form in neat mounds, pressing gently in shape with fingertips. Put reserved 'lids' on top. Arrange tomatoes, cut sides up, in greased pan. Bake in preheated oven 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve hot.

Believe it or not, deviled eggs were created in ancient Rome where they would boil eggs and then served with different spicy sauces. Just about every country in the world has its own version of these tasty appetizers, but this recipe is specific to the classic deviled eggs we know and love in the United States.

Sun Dried Tomato Deviled Eggs
Ingredients:
• 6 eggs, hard boiled and peeled
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 1/4 cup goat cheese
• 1/4 cup finely diced & drained Bella Sun Luci Dried Tomatoes in Olive Oil Julienne Cut
• 1 Tbsp finely cut chives
Instructions:
1. Slice the eggs in half - reserve whites.
2. Remove yolk.
3. In a bowl, mix yolk, mayonnaise and goat cheese.
4. Salt & pepper to taste.
5. Continue to mix contents until desired texture is achieved.
6. Add 1/2 of tomatoes and 1/2 of the thieves while continuing to mix.
7. Fill the egg whites.
8. Sprinkle the filled eggs with the remaining tomatoes and chives.

Roma tomatoes are a sturdy vessel for creamy hummus. The colorful side dish adds a welcomed flavor to any food setting. The powerful legume packs a lot of the essentials our bodies need in a tiny package.
Serves 6
Ingredients:
12 firm Roma tomatoes, slice longways, and deseeded
1 can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon dry ground sumac
½ teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dry parsley
¼ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons cold filtered water
Garnish fresh Italian flat-leaf parsley, chopped
Garnish smoked paprika
Garnish toasted sesame seeds
Garnish black olive, thin sliced
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Technique:
Wash and dry Roma tomatoes and slice in half, long ways, set on a serving dish or hard-boiled egg dish, and set aside. In a food processor, combine the garbanzo beans and all remaining ingredients except for the garnish. Blend until creamy, and add filter water as needed to reach a creamy consistency.
Fill the prepared Roma tomatoes with a tablespoon of the garbanzo bean filling, place two-slice olives, and sprinkle the garnishes on top, may drizzle extra virgin olive oil on top.
