How To make Creme Of Vegetable Soup Le Cellier Restaura
1 1/2 qt Chicken stock
3/4 c (1-1/2 sticks) butter
3/4 c Diced onion
1 1/2 c Diced potato
3/4 c Peeled diced tomato
3/4 c Diced carrot
3/4 c Green beans
3/4 c Broccoli, coarsely chopped
3/4 c Minced leek
3/4 c Minced zucchini
1 Clove garlice
1 1/2 ts Sugar, or to taste
Sald and freshly ground - pepper to taste 1/2 c Heavy cream
Servings: 6 Melt butter in large stockpot over medium heat. Add onion and saute' 1 to 2 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients except stock,
cream and parsley. Cook unti vegetables are soft but not brown, about 20-25 minutes. Add stock and bring to boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes. Cook slightly. Transfer to blender of processor in batches and puree to smooth. Taste and adjust seasonng. Return to stockpot, place over medium heat and gradually stir in cream. Heat through but do not boil. Fillet Mignon Recipe - How to make perfect Fillet Mignon Steaks
Cast Iron Pan I used:
This Fillet Mignon Recipe will produce a perfectly cooked Fillet that will rival any high end restaurants Fillet. Impress your friends or make a perfect romantic meal for your spouse or significant other.
Here's the recipe for Fillet Mignon...
Ingredients:
- Fillet Mignon steaks cut 1.5 to 2.0 thick
- Unsalted butter
- Whole Garlic cloves
- Fresh Rosemary
- Fresh Thyme
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 450F. Salt and pepper both sides of your steaks liberally. Add olive oil to a hot pan. Place the steaks into the hot oil. Cook for 2 minutes and then turn. After the steaks have been turned add the butter, garlic cloves, and Rosemary and Thyme.
Cook for 2 minutes on the second side. After the steaks have cooked on the second side place the entire pan in the oven that is at 450F. For Rare to Medium rare, cook the steaks for 2 minutes in the oven.
Remove the steaks and let them rest for 5 minutes before cutting into. Next enjoy your perfect Fillet Mignon steaks and enjoy the envy of your friends and family.

CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP & THE GREY STUFF | Disney Parks Series | EASY MEAL PREP FOR WEIGHT LOSS ON WW
This week I’m meal prepping WW recipes for two Disney Parks favorites - the cheddar cheese soup from Epcot's Canadian pavilion and The Grey Stuff (it's delicious) from the Be Our Guest restaurant in the Magic Kingdom. I’ll also be cooking up some ground beef to go with the soup even though that’s not actually served with the soup In Epcot. Recipes are below!
This WW meal prep has to be one of my favorites. I looked forward to it every single day and literally licked my bowl when I finished eating.
On October 1 2021, Walt Disney World began their 50th anniversary celebrations!
