700 grams cabbage
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
cooking oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp seasoning granules (optional)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Healthy Cabbage Casserole
Ingredients for one 2-quart baking dish (about 4 servings as a main course; 8 servings as a side dish)
1/2 of a medium-size head of cabbage (about 500g)
1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup (58g) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (62g) sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour or a gluten-free substitute
1 teaspoon (4g) baking powder
1 teaspoon (4g) cornstarch
A pinch of black pepper
4 ounces (112g) or more finely-shredded Swiss cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C).
Preparing the Cabbage -- Thinly slice the cabbage (as for coleslaw), and place it in a large bowl. Sprinkle with 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons of salt. Mix with hands, and then massage the strands until they weep moisture and soften up -- about 30 seconds. Pour the cabbage into a greased 2-quart baking dish, and let it rest there for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, make the batter.
Making the batter -- Whisk the eggs in a medium bowl. One ingredient at a time, whisk in the mayonnaise and the sour cream (or yogurt). Add the flour, baking powder, cornstarch, and pepper. Whisk until fairly smooth -- about 30 seconds.
Assembling -- Pour the egg mixture over the cabbage. Stir with a spoon or spatula until all of the cabbage is coated. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the casserole.
Baking -- Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole puffs and the cheese melts and turns spotty brown -- about 50 minutes.
Serving -- Allow the casserole to cool for at least 15 minutes, and then cut it into serving pieces. The casserole is delicious at any temperature -- even cold from the fridge!

Ingredients:
1 large cabbage Slice thin
5 scallions chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried Parsley
1 tsp black pepper
EGG MIX:
5 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup flower
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp baking powder
mix well
DISH 7x10 buttered
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
BAKE 350*F (180*C) 35/40 min
after 35 min just add the cheese to the top and bake another 5-10 min until

Ingredients
6 slices no sugar bacon cooked and chopped
1 1/4 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon dry minced onion
1 head of cabbage cored and coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
3 tablespoons cold butter cut into thin slices
Sauce:
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup water
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning I used Emeril's Brand

REZEPT UND ZUTATEN:
5 Kartoffeln.
Reinigen und schneiden.
Wasser.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und bis zum Kochen kochen.
Salz 1 Esslöffel.
Kartoffeln weich kochen.
Zwiebel 1 Stk.
Olivenöl.
Ich brate die Zwiebel goldbraun an.
Karotte 1 Stk.
3-5 Minuten kochen.
1/4 Kohl.
Gut mischen.
Mit einem Deckel abdecken und 5-7 Minuten braten.
1 Ei.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer. Petersilie.
Gut mischen.
Mehl 1 Tasse.
Backpulver 10 gr. / 2 Teelöffel.
Tomatenmark 2 Esslöffel.
Salz. Schwarzer Pfeffer. Knoblauch 2 Zehen.
Gut mischen.
Bei schwacher Hitze weitere 10 Minuten garen.
Mehl 1/2 Tasse.
Ich teile den Teig in 6 gleiche Teile.
Füllung hinzufügen.
Dies kann mit einer Gabel oder von Hand erfolgen.
Sonnenblumenöl.
Auf beiden Seiten goldbraun braten!
Ich übertrage auf ein Papiertuch.
Das ist ein sehr leckeres und einfaches Gericht!
