2 pk Softened cream cheese 3/4 c Sugar 2 Eggs 1 T Lemon juice 1 t Vanilla 1 pk Sunshine vanilla wafers 1 cn Thank You Cherry Pie filling Beat all ingredients with electric mixer. Put papers in tart tins (use tart pan and paper wrappers). Put wafers in papers, FLAT side up. Fill 3/4 full of cheese mixture. Put cherry on top, (no juice). Bake 15 minutes at 350*. Cool in tins. Makes three dozen. If storing for awhile, refrigerate.

(A) Tart Crust:- 1. 85g ( 1/2 cup ) Soften butter 2. 25g ( 1 & 1/2 tbsp full )Caster sugar 3. 1/2 ( 25g ) Egg 4. 155g ( 1 & 1/8 cup ) All purpose flour 5. 8g ( 1 tbsp ) Milk powder
Tart cutter diameter = 75mm Tart mould diameter for base = 45mm & top = 65mm, high = 20mm
Bake in a preheated 140°C ~ 150°C oven for 15 minutes, or till slightly golden brown crust. Baking time & temperature may vary depending on the type and accuracy of oven. You may need to adjust your oven temperature accordingly.
(B) Cream cheese fillings:- 1. 165g ( 5.82 oz ) Soften cream cheese 2. 35g ( 3 tbsps ) Caster sugar 3. 10g ( 1 tbsp lesser ) Soften butter 4. 1 Egg 5. 35g ( 3 tbsps ) Heavy cream (also known as double cream, whipping cream, has a fat content between 36~40%) 6. 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
(C) Melted chococlate for decoration:- 1. 10g ( 1 tbsp ) Chocolate buttons 2. 1/2 tsp Water
