How To make Cream Cheese Bread
-PEGGY SEEVERS (PDMT15A) 1/3 c Milk
1 c Cream cheese; (I cube mine)
1/4 c Margarine; or butter
1 Egg
3 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
3 c Bread flour
2 1/2 ts Yeast

Super Moist Cream Cheese Loaf
How to make a super moist and velvety Cream Cheese Loaf Cake that melts in your mouth.
Here's what you'll need:
1/3 cup unsalted butter (softened) 75g
1/3 cup softened cream cheese (75g)
2/3 cups sugar (135g)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla or 2 tbsp lemon juice for a tangy taste
1 cup cake flour or all purpose flour (120g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
Please note:
-All ingredients should be in room temperature.
-Baking temp is 160C or 320F (not 340F-typo in the video)
-You can double this recipe too. Just double everything.
How to:
1. Preheat oven at 160C/320F.
2. Mix butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy using wire whisk or electric hand mixer.
3. Add sugar and continue mixing until batter is light and fluffy.
4. Beat eggs and gradually add it to the batter. Mixing every after addition. Total of 7 addition. Then add vanilla.
5. Sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt.
6. Mix just until combined.
7. Pour batter to a 6 x 3 x 2.5 inches loaf pan. Tap to release excess bubbles.
8 Spread the batter.
9. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
10. Remove from the oven and let it cool down completely.
11. Serve and enjoy!

I’m not Korean & never been to Korea, but i really wanted to try to make this bread & glad it came out so good & delicious????
✔️Dough
1 cup warm milk (fresh or evap) [240 ml]
2 tbsp sugar [25 grams]
1 whole egg
2 tsp instant yeast
3 cups bread flour [384 grams]
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter/margarine [30 grams]
✔️Cream Cheese Filling
225 grams cream cheese
2 tbsp sugar [25 grams]
1/4 cup heavy cream or all purpose cream [60 ml]
✔️Garlic Butter Sauce
1 whole egg
1 tbsp sugar [12 grams]
1/8 cup condensed milk [2 tbsp or 30 ml]
1/2 cup melted butter [120 ml / 120 grams]
2 tbsp minced garlic [20 grams]
2 tbsp parsely [3 grams]
1st Baking : 20-25 mins @ 170C / 336F
2nd Baking: 10-15 mins @ 180C / 356F

Egg 1
White sugar 25g/2tbsp
Cream cheese 125g
Melted unsalted butter 15g/1tbsp
All-purpose or bread flour 150g
Baking powder 4g/1tsp
Salt 1.5g/ ¼tsp
Recipe:
1 egg
25g white sugar
Use a whisk to mix well
125g softened cream cheese
Whisk well until the ingredients are combined
15 melted unsalted butter
Mix well
Prepare a sifter
150g All-purpose or bread flour
4g baking powder
1.5g salt
Sift the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients
Mix well with a spatula
Use your hands to knead the dough
Move the dough to a work surface and continue to knead
Roll the dough into a log shape
Cut and divide into 8 pieces
Take a piece of dough
Shape the dough like this
Roll the dough into a ball
Place onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper
Repeat with the rest of the dough

Here's what you'll need:
3 and ½ cup all purpose flour (437g)
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 and ¼ tsp instant yeast (7g)
1 egg (55-65g)
1 cup fresh milk (250ml)
1/3 cup softened cream cheese (40g)
¼ cup softened unsalted butter (55g)
Eggwash: 1egg + 2 tbsp milk
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C(350°F) for 25 minutes. Im using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
This recipe yields 2 loaves of fluffy cream cheese loaf bread

1/4 sugar (50g)
1 cup milk (250ml)
1 large egg
3 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (406g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 and 1/4 tsp instant yeast (7g)
1/3 cup unsalted butter (70g)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
SPANISH:
Esto es lo que necesitará:
1/2 taza de queso crema (60 g) a temperatura ambiente
1/4 de azúcar (50 g)
1 taza de leche (250 ml)
1 huevo grande
