Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups water, room temp
3 tbsp butter, unsalted, room temp, cubed small
1 tbsp sugar or honey
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk - scroll to bottom if wanting to use reg milk - see *note*
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast, instant

Note: If you don't have powdered milk on hand, yes, you can use regular milk. Here's what you need to do. Instead of adding in 1/4 cup of powdered milk, you will add in 1 cup of regular milk and TAKE AWAY 1 cup of water from the recipe. So only add in 1/2 cup of water instead of the 1 1/2 cups the recipe calls for. Just note, this change will make a much richer tasting bread.

With St Patrick's Day this week I wanted to share a bread with you that you can bring to dinner, this bread would be wonderful with your corned beef and cabbage dinner. It has wonderful flavor.

Recipe: for 2LB Loaf:
1 Whole Egg LG
4 Cups Bread Flour
1tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 1/2 tsp Pink Salt
2tsp Butter ( melted )
1 1/2 Butter Milk ( Room temp ) or ( warm 30sec )

Love cheese? I do and the more the merrier. Lasagna, cheese bread, cheese cake, cheese ice cream, I loved them all. I tried adding cheese on many of my breads and this one is the one I loved the most with cheese in it.
Here I've prepared 2 sets of recipes for both 1&2 paddles bread pan.
Ingredients for 1 paddle pan: Bake for 45 minutes
2/3 cup ( 180 ml ) milk
1/4 cup ( 60 ml ) oil
1 egg
3 tbsp. ( 40 g ) sugar
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups ( 400 g ) bread flour
2 tsp yeast
3/4 cup ( 130 g ) golden raisins
3/4 block ( 180 g ) cheddar cheese
egg wash and some coarse sugar (optional)

Ingredients for 2 paddles pan: bake for 50 minutes
1 cup ( 240 ml ) milk
1/3 cup ( 80 ml ) oil
1 egg
1/4 cup ( 50 g ) sugar
1 tsp salt
4 cups ( 540 g ) bread flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
1 cup ( 170 g ) golden raisins
1 block ( 250 g ) cheddar cheese
egg wash and some coarse sugar (optional)
